Solar And Luna

amber awoke to see sky already feeding the kittens.amber changed into an over sized t-shirt that went down to her knees. because of this she decided against putting on pants. she walked over to where sky was. "morning sleepy head" sky winked at her. "they opened there eyes" sky squeaked before handing amber the darker kitten. amber looked at its eyes witch were wide. "wow" sky commented looking at the lighter kitten. "look at her eyes" amber leaned over looking at the lighter kittens eyes. one was a dark blue and the other a bright green. "wow! thats so cool!" amber looked back at her kitten. "look mine has it too!"  sky looked over to look at the darker kittens eyes. she had one icy blue eye and one bright green eye." thats really odd..." sky said trailing off before handing amber her kitten and grabbing her phone. "hmm" sky sat back down and examined the kittens. "whats up with them?" amber asked. "its a one in 5,00 chance one would be born with different colored eyes... but both of them? thats ridiculously rare" sky smiled. "thats cool, two special cats for two special people" amber giggled as she said this. sky leaned on her shoulder. "yep" they sat there for a moment before sky put the lighter kitten back into the pen becoming for amber to do the same. amber obeyed putting her kitten into the pen. "lets go get breakfast" sky suggested. amber walked to her room pulled on sweatpants and slippers before walking back to sky. "yes of course". 

they arrived a few moments later at a small diner. they ordered quickly both eager to arrive back home. they arrived back home. it had been late with sky insisting they got the kittens some toys and other kitteny things. amber went to her room "I'm going to take a nap" she announced closing her door. "have fun" sky yelled giggling. amber awoke looking at her clock. they had arrived back at 4:00 it was not 7:00."SHIITIC" she yelled running into the living room. "sorry i slept so long" "its ok" sky responded giggling before getting serious. "i have some news" amber sat down before sky continued. "i called my mom. i can't keep both of the kittens i can only keep one."  "no problem i can keep one, dont worry about it" amber said giving sky's shoulder a comforting squeeze. "really?" sky asked seeming astonished. "yea! plus I'm kinda grown attached to this little guy" amber picked up the darker kitten. "its a girl!" sky laughed.  "i know that!" amber flushed. "we should name them" sky suggested picking up the lighter one. she looked at it. its eyes looking at her though there dark colors they seemed to glow with curiosity. "I'm naming my solar!" she declared placing the kitten on her head. amber looked down at hers. "mines named luna"  "perfect names for the perfect sisters." sky said smiling. "dont you mean, purrrrfect sisters ;)" sky laughed before shoveing amber. "NO PUNS!!!" amber laughed and continued playing with her kitten.
