Simon slowly approach the mansion's double door which he thinks is the entrance of the mansion.
He knocks on the door to see if there is anyone in the mansion.
Simon waited for a solid five minutes until someone inside the mansion opens the door.
As Simon looks to who opened the door,he saw an unfriendly looking woman who has a violet hair in swirling pigtail ringlets with a side bang covering her right eye.
"What do you want?" The woman asked to Simon
Because of the seemingly unfriendly look on the woman's face,Simon feels nervous to who he's talking to.
"I'm,uh....the...uh..." Before Simon can continue what he's trying to say the woman again questions him
"Are you supposed to be the new person who's gonna stay here that Ash is talking about?"
Simon nervously answers "Yes..."
"Why didn't you say so?!" The woman suddenly said before she proceeds to fully open the double doors of the orphanage.
The unfriendly look on the woman's face turns into a beautiful happy face.
She steps aside the entrance of the door and says "Welcome to the Union Orphanage!"
Simon,who now feels more comfortable because the woman's face just changed,enters the mansion.
"So what's you're name?" The woman asked to Simon
"I'm Simon,Simon Henriksson" he replied
"Okay Simon,please follow me." The woman said to Simon
Simon does what the woman told him to do and he follows her.
The woman leads Simon to an area of the orphanage where there are rows of doors from left to right which are entrances for the rooms.
"Follow me,Simon. I'll show you your room." The woman said to Simon
Simon follows the woman who shows him that his room was the second to the last room in the left area.
The woman then opens the door of the room to show its features to Simon.
The room is like a dorm room with quite a small space. It has a double deck bed near its wall on the left,a short wooden rectangular table on the middle,a wooden clothes cabinet near its wall on the right,a light bulb on the center of the ceiling,and a square window on the middle of the front wall.
"This gonna be your room" the woman said to Simon.
"So,am I the only one who's going to live in this room?" Simon asked to the woman
The woman answered "Sadly,no. You have a roommate who is also a boy whose name is Nishiki."
As Simon notices that there appears to be no orphans in the orphanage when he arrives,he takes this time to question the woman.
"So,where's Nishiki then?Or should I say where are all of the orphans here?" He asked
"Well,you arrived at a very bad timing. They're having a trip to the Union Beach and my master assigns me to stay and keep the orphanage clean until they return." The woman replied.
Simon enters his room and places his shoulder bag on the room's table. He then sits on the bed's lower deck.
The woman then asks "So,are you okay by yourself?Because I need to water the plants on the garden".
Simon answers " Yep,I'm used to being alone"
After hearing Simon's answer,the woman turns around and is about to leave Simon in his room until he asks her a question.
"I haven't known your name,ma'am. What is your name?"
The woman turns back to face Simon and slightly bends her knees with both of her hands slightly lifting the skirt of her dress. She bows her head and says "I'm Daniella,the Drevis Family maid and Union Orphanage caretaker."
After saying that,she again turns around and proceeds to go to the garden,leaving Simon all by himself in his room.
