Since there are so many prefixes, we will not list them but say rules that you have to follow to get a good prefix.
If you want a good prefix, it should be something that describes the cat you're naming. For an example, Frogkit is a cat who loves bouncing around, or is extremely hyper. Another example could be Sandkit, who has sandy colored fur. Prefixes can also be unique, and a little bit out of the ordinary – although it has to be something the Warriors universe knows about, like Redkit.
Here are a few examples:
Queens normally name their kits after their looks or something the queen likes. A kit with brown fur might be named Mudkit. Since cats don't know the future for their kits, naming a cat that can see Blindkit or a cat with a normal tail Snappedkit is a little dumb. If a queen likes the taste of thrush or squirrels, the kit could be named Squirrelkit or Thrushkit, though this is not usually the case.
Kits can also be named after recent events. If their father dies, they may be named after the cat (if their dad is named Owlfur, their might be named Owlkit). If they are born during a terrible storm, they might be named Rainkit or Stormkit.
Kits should never be named after something cats don't know. A cat doesn't know what a tornado is, so Tornadokit isn't possible. The prefixes moon, star, thunder, river, shadow, spirit, soul, and wind, blood, and sky aren't possible either. Don't argue saying Brightspirit is a cat. She was named after a fan who died and her name sucks.
Oh, and the prefix moon- is forbidden. Don't give the excuse of "Well, Moonflower has it" because the Erins said that that was a mistake. It also makes your cat sound like a mary-sue.
A queen doesn't know the personality of a kit either, so names like Bravekit or Kindkit are stupid. What if a cat named Bravekit turns out to be cowardly? A name should describe the cat all its life. Save the personality for suffixes, when they actually know the character's personality.
