An Alien's Life

Humans.....

I sighed as I walked into my beautiful field in the middle of the woods, letting my body change into its normal form. My hidden dragon scales now shined as they lead up from my neck and faded away at my face, my two sharp horns sprouted from my forehead, and my dark blue, leathery wings circled my body, you would think I was a devil with my features. I sighed as I stretched my wings finally, after concealing them for an entire day. My wings shot down thrusting me 10 ft into the air, I flapped my wings once more so that I was now 20 feet in the air. I opened my wings and glided, laughing as the blistering wind nipped at my scaled face, my cat like white eyes shined as I flew, and my long sleek black hair flowed in the wind.
'I wonder how everything is going back at Homeworld?' I thought to myself, 'probably still trying to locate other dimensions like ours'
My thoughts are interrupted by a shrill scream below me. I snap my head down to see a figure with a ring of fire around it, I lower myself so that I am out of the humans view before turning back to my human form. The screaming seems much louder down here and it is not that hard to find the human. I take note of the humans appearance, female, curly light brown hair, and blue eyes. As I took a closer look I saw that the fire seemed to be coming from the girls feet.
"Miss! What happened!?" I asked raising my hand to get her attention.
"I-I don't know I just went into the woods t-to calm down an-and the f-fire just started circling m-me" she stuttered the fear in her eyes quite evident.
"Ok. Why don't you try to calm down? Take deep breaths in and out, in and out." I commanded, 'maybe she isn't a human...' She did as I told the flames started to dye down. "See just calm down and everything will be fine." I told her.
After a few more times the fire was completely out, I looked over at the girl and she seemed to be wobbling.
"Miss?" I asked as she slowly started to fall. "Miss!" I ran to her catching her before she hit the ground.
"Great, just great" I am now dragging a possible threat to my clearing, to see if she is an actual threat. I laid her on the ground and checked her body for possible weapons, all I found was a dead phone, a hair tie, and an ID card. The ID card said that she is 15 like me, and that her name is Elentiya Smith. Elentiya, sounds familiar, like it's from our planet. I checked her heart rate, it was different from most humans, and more like a creature's.
She opened her eyes groaning slightly.
"Your finally awake." I told her.
She looked at me, "your the girl that saved me." She said pointing at me, before looking around at the surroundings, "where are we?"
"We are in my field." I told her, "I have a couple of questions for you." She looked towards me as if to tell me to continue.
"Do you have conformation that you were adopted?" I asked.
The question seemed to startle her. "Um y-ya I was, my parents found me near their home, in a while I'm the ground." She explained.
I nod, "next question, did your parents name you?" At this she just shakes her head. "Do you mind if I take a DNA test?" I enquirer.
"Not at all." She smiled.  I nod before plucking a strand of hair from her head and placed into one of my test tubes, I quickly type in a code on my tester and it started to boil the particular down, into its fiber base so that the tester could find a match from all of our known universes. As I waited I looked over at Elentiya.
She was found, by her adopted parents in a hole, they did not name her this non-human name, and the fire seemed to be controlled by her. She is definitely not human, I wonder... My tester let out a loud ding signaling that the DNA test was complete, I looked at the results and could not believe my eyes.
