I stare at the data, Elentiya is my sister? The one that went missing 14 years ago? We thought she was dead, but she was here the whole time?
I walked over to Elentiya, "I'm going to show you something, but you have to promise you will not scream or run away. Okay?" I asked.
"I promise." She said nodding.
"Okay..." I close my eyes letting my horns, tail, and wings, sprout from my body, and my scales appear on my neck and cheeks. When I opened my eyes I saw her mouth agape as she stared at me in awe.
"Is that real? That can't be real." Elentiya said.
I giggled "it's real, and guess what!? Your just like me!" I said doing what humans call jazz hands. Her jaw dropped as she looked at me.
"You're kidding. Or I'm going insane. Either way." She said confused.
I shook my head, "I'm gonna tell you a story ok?" I asked sitting on the grass rapping my tail around my waist. Elentiya nodded and sat across from me, and I started my story.
"In a galaxy a couple thousand light years away, there is a planet that is much like this one. My people call it Homeworld, the 'people' that live on this planet are called Creatures, we look like humans, but have animal traits, like dog ears, tail, and teeth. We are also able to turn into that animal once we are 21 years old. About 15 years ago the royal family had twins, but two days after they were born one of these twins fell into a rip in the ground, which sent her here. A couple years after they sent the other twin here to study the humans, not knowing the other twin was still alive. The twin that was sent here studied humans for years not knowing that she was able to contact her sister until she came across a girl surrounded by fire. Those twins are us." I finished looking at her.
"You're my sister?" Elentiya asked.
I nodded, "the royal family is different from the other Creatures, they are able to turn into what you know as mythical creatures, like a dragon. You are a Phoenix, which explains the fire before." I said smiling.
"Okay, if this is true than why didn't you try to go to the high school? You would learn so much more about humans." Elentiya said.
"Well umm, I don't really know how to register myself into a school." I said rubbing my arm as my wings drooped a little.
"Then let me help you!" Elentiya said hopping to her feet her hand extended out towards.
This is a ritual shown by humans when they want to help someone up or show and earn trust. I grabbed her hand hesitantly, and Elentiya quickly yanked me up, "get rid of you're dragon form thing." She commanded. I nodded and closed my eyes letting my extra appendages and scales shrink into my skin.
"And now," Elentiya started, "to the high school!" She yelled running out of the field with her right hand pointed in the air, and her left hand holding mine dragging me with her.
