Mercy's POV
I heard what Genji's backstory was and how he got kicked out his clan wounded feeling the pain of agony I couldn't but pity him. I felt bad for him. I didn't know the side of his story. "So are we going to strike now?" Genji asked me. I just give him a nod of agreement. Genji setup the bomb infront of one of the gates. I just stood next to the other overwatch Agents , waiting for the bomb to go boom. And a coupleof seconds. BOOM! The gate was blown open. Agents started to fall in. Defeating the guards defending the temple. I help the wounded agents while Genji defends me. Until..I feel a sharp pain coming from my stomach. I got shot , my left wing got ripped off and my staff got damaged
Genji's POV
I was fending off the soldiers getting my arm sliced off in the process now I'm a bird with a damaged wing. "Dammit!" I yelled "G..genji I need help I'm b..bleeding" Mercy said in the commline. I rush to her side I lifted her to my back and started to run back to the ship , the pain from my arm keeps growing but I ignored it just to keep Angela from dying "Genji what happened?" Athena asked me "I don't know all I know is she is in bad condition, I just don't want her to die , I don't wanna lose her" tears form in my eyes ,I placed her in the bed , I placed my hand on her stomach trying to stop the bleeding " I don't wanna lose you" I whispered to her
