Chapter 38: A Plan

*Carly's POV*

I took my apple and bite it. Someone covered my eyes and I gasped.

"Guess who sunshine"

"Uh I-I-" I was cutt off by laughter and my eyes were free again.

I looked inback of me to find a red Jake from all the laughter. He had a hand over his stomach and the other one ontop of the table to maintain his balance. I croosed my arms and pouted as I waited for him to stoo laughing, after his great little time of laughter getting done he sat next to me and took a deep breath.

"Are you done?" I shook my head a bit.

"Yes why?" Jake asked.

"Because of this!" I started to hit him with my hands into fists all over his body.

"Ow!" He said as I kept hitting him. "Ouch!" He yelled as I slapped him. "Stop!" Jake grabbed my hands stopping from me hitting him.

"How could you?!" I said trying to get off his hold.

"Sorry! But you should of seen your reaction!" Jake laughed letting go of my hands.

He looked foward and looked at Amanda but she looked to Leah and started to talk. I sighed and was about to take a bite of my apple when someone kissed my cheek and sat next to me. I moved my head slowly and found Elliot smiling at me, I pursed my lips as he frowned at me.

"Are you okay sunshine?" He asked. I wiped the cheek he kissed, not wanting to know were those lips were at. I turned my head back to Jake and he mumbled to me a 'are you okay' I nodded and took a bite to my apple.

"Uh... Did I do something?" Elliot tapped my shoulder. I looked at him and smiled.

"No nothing at all" I got up taking my apple juice and walked out the cafeteria.

Walking to the backyard I bumped into someone. I looked up and found... Uh.... Forgot his name!

"Hey Carly" He smiled.

"Uh... Hey-"

"Ryan, Ryan Anderson" He smiled.

"I remember you! You were the one who dated Leah before christmas!" I said remembering him.

"Yeah never happend. And how come you don't know my name if I'm in homeroom with you" Ryan smiled. A really lovely one.

"Sorry, is that my head is always in the clouds" I smiled.

"Is okay, wanna go to the backyard, or something?" Ryan pointed with his thumb over his shoulder.

"I was heading there" I smiled.

We walked to the backyard and sat below the tree I always sit in. I opened my apple juice, and took a sip of it closing back again.

"So...." Ryan said.

"Um... What happend between you and Leah?" I asked.

"Well, Leah never called so I tooked it as a 'Ryan I don't want to go out with you'" He moved his finger doing a girly voice at the last part making me laugh.

"She's as simple as that" I laughed.

"Yeah, so how is life treating you lately?"

"Ugh!!! Well, is going bad" I sighed.

"What happend?"

"Don't want to talk about it" I looked at my lap. "Hey Ryan"

"Yes?"

"Will you like to be my valentine?" I asked and he chuckled.

"I thought I was the one that should ask you it, but sure" He smiled.

"And there's one more thing you could do for me"

"Yes?" He frowned. I smiled devishly.

~After School~

I was walking with Amanda and Leah to the drama room, to prepare the room for the party. I was texting Jake telling him when someone standed infront of me. I looked up and found Elliot, I sighed and tried to pass him but he blocked me.

"Gett out of my way" I growled.

"Sunshine what did I do?" He frowned.

"Leah now I think I'm the one that's telling you that we should go" Amanda took Leah inside drama.

"No stay" I whispered as they closed the door.

"Please talk to me" Elliot begged.

"What do you want me to tell you?"

"Why are you ignoring me? What did I do?"

"How about this... You slept with Emily last night at the freaking party!!" I yelled, making everyone in the upstairs hallway look at us.

"Carly you-"

"You thought it'll be a great chance to sleep with her because I wasn't there at the party!!!" I yelled.

"No it wasn't like that, I was drunk and-"

"Yeah yeah yeah, the same excuse, well you know something I don't care what you do and with who you do it were not eveing dating, so if you excuse me I need to go inside and fix a party, and if you're done with your things get out the way please" I walked pushing Elliot away and into drama room.

I walked in and all heads shot to me. I smiled and put my bookback down.

"Let's get started!!" Everyone cheered and we moved everything off the middle to leave everything empty.

Decorations were flying here and there, everywhere! We obviously couldn't finish everything in one day so 3 hours later we left the decorations there to fix them through out the week for Valentine's... I can't wait for it to happend!! I hope it comes out like I hope to... And my plan, too I just hope Ryan was a good choice.
