CHAPTER FIVE
Andreas hated reporting day. At times he couldn't believe the attitudes of some of the men he supervised.
"How's it going, Ewan?" Andreas asked, his voice direct, his demeanor bordering on boredom.
"Well enough," Ewan smiled, his green eyes flashing. "That Callista? She's a real wildcat. She tried to escape her first night here!"
Andreas's sandy brows raised as he sat back in his chair. Some women were overcome with feelings and tried to run away from their wardens. "Really? A breakout already?"
"Yeah," he laughed at the memory. "So, I cuffed her and got down to it. I had her begging me in minutes!"
"So...?"
"What?"
Andreas exhaled. "Is she better now?"
"Yes, but I take the time to remind her who's boss...yesterday, she was doing the dishes, and I just started right there, you know, fondling her? She was wet in seconds. I told her to keep doing what she was doing. Her legs spread for me and I didn't even ask. Of course, I left her there, and she was begging me by dinner. She's converting rather nicely. I'll mount her soon. She's only got a few more hoops to jump through."
"Good, so she'll be ready for bridal purchase within thirty days?"
"I think so."
"Good, I'll put her down as on schedule," Andreas nodded.
Ewan smiled broadly and left the office.
Andreas clicked and typed on a few screens, shaking his head. He didn't like Ewan's attitude, but the man never broke a rule. He chuckled softly to himself; Zen would have killed Ewan by now. "Prick," he muttered.
"He does like his job a little too much."
Andreas flinched, recognizing Lysander's voice. "You're the only person I know who can sneak up on me."
Lysander gave a sheepish smile as he took his seat. "Sorry."
Andreas laughed softly, waving off the apology and gesturing that him to sit. "So, how's it going?"
"Better...much better."
Andreas noticed a subtle flush under Lysander's skin and gave a slow, knowing smile. "Lysander?"
"It was as I thought, is all," he began in explanation. "She had been used, but not pleasured."
"So you...made the correction," he leaned forward and folded his hands. "taught her the difference?"
Lysander nodded. "Yes."
Andreas knew this was one of those times he needed details, but he felt like he was pushing things. It sounded so intimate. "Go on."
"I told her to stay home, take care of the house," he began quietly. "I came home for lunch." He shifted in his seat.
"Would you like something to drink?"
"Yes, thanks."
Andreas poured himself and Lysander one. He watched the younger man take a long swallow and set the glass down, his finger moving back and forth over the lip of the glass.
"She knew nothing of pleasure, except my kissing her the last couple of weeks." Lysander took a deep breath, his eyes focused on something indistinct. Images seem to play back in his mind as he went on. "When I told her that I wanted her, she got on the bed and took off the gown, then got on her hands and knees. She just...waited." He closed his eyes for a moment, and bowed his head.
