Dating Ivan Martinez

Ariel's POV

Today Ivan and I are going on our first date. Ivan said it's supposed to be really fun but he won't tell me what we're doing. I can't wait to go on this date and see what we're gonna do.

Since Ivan won't tell me where we are going I'm not sure what to wear. So I'll just pick something nice but casual. I pull on my black skinny jeans, blue The Fault in Our Stars hoodie and white Vans. I curl my hair then brush through it lightly, making the curl loose. I do my make-up doing a very natural look.

I look at my alarm clock seeing that Ivan and I are leaving g for our date in twenty minutes. I grab my purse putting my iPhone 7 and new pink ear buds in the outside zipper area. I take one last look at myself just to make sure I look good, I don't want to look bad.

"Dang girl work it, someone is looking as beautiful as ever." Tessa says smiling at me, I shake my head looking down at my feet. "Ivan is lucky to be dating a girl like you."

"Thanks Tessa." I say hugging her, Tessa has become a great friend to me since Gabby went back home.

After we made the video with the Martinez twins everything changed for us. People started following us on all social media and ask for pictures when we would go places. It's fun meeting people but Gabby is a shy person so she decided to go home, not wanting to be in the public eye.

"Wow, you look absolutely amazing!" Ivan says smiling at me, I can't help but blush he always says such nice things. "Are you ready for our date?"

I nod taking Ivan's hand following him outside, I wave bye to Tessa before I close the door. We get in Jake's truck, he let Ivan use it for today because he said it's a very special occasion.

"Want to listen to music and jam out? If you want you can put on your music and we can see what songs we both like."

"Yea, here I'll put on Panic! At The Disco." I tell him pulling my phone in, I go to artists then press Panic! At The Disco, I select The Emperor's new Clothes.

Not even a minute into the song and Ivan and I are jamming out. The ride to where ever our date is, is filled with us blasting Sleeping With Sirens, Falling In Reverse and so many more songs. When the truck comes to a stop I look at where we are and I can't help but smile. We are at my favorite place on earth.

The Los Angles Natural History Museum! I love it here, I used to come here with my parents all the time. I am such a huge geek when it comes to Natural History.

"Is this where our date is?" I ask with so much excitement. Ivan nods turning parking into the parking garage. We get a parking space by the elevators and grab out things.

"Ready beautiful?" I nod taking Ivan's hand walking to the museum entrance but not before a couple of Ivan's fans come up.

"Of my god Ivan Martinez can we take a couple picture with you?" A girl asks with a couple of her friends Ivan nods posing with them for their pictures. "Thank you so much Ivan, this means so much to us."

"No problem. I love meeting fans. Well Ariel and I are going into the museum, hopefully we will see you guys around." The girls nod saying goodbye to us.

"Let's go, we have so much to see." I nod following Ivan to the science part of the museum, we first go into the gift shop and by matching NASA hoodies.

We go to the water section and make waves, then to the rot room which Ivan didn't like seeing the dead pig and I must agree it always looks worse every time I see it.

"Ariel, want to see the mammal sections now?" Oh course I do, we head to the museum next to the science one. I go through my wallet and give the lady my member card and the guest card as well. After the lady gives us our member stickers we go to the gift shop because why not.

I buy a water bottle that says "DNA is in my bones," and Ivan gets a shirt that says "Game of Thrones." I must admit it's a funny shirt it has two dinosaurs fight with swords.

We get to the mammal section and I take my time looking at all of the sections that contain the mammals. I know that they never change what the section looks like but every time I see it I like to wonder what the animals would be doing.

"Want to go see something? I think you will really like it." I nod letting Ivan take me to a section of the museum that I always see, I don't get by we are here.

"I don't get it, what am I supposed to be looking at?" We are just in a hallway but then it hits me. This is the hallway that they filled a small part of the movie Sharknado 3. My favorite spoof movie, oh my god I can't believe it.

"Let's take a picture." Ivan gives his phone to the camera lady that takes picture in the hall, she takes the picture of us handing back Ivan's phone.

"Let's go outside, I heard that there are squirrels."

"Yay, I love squirrels." We go outside and sit on a bench by the water fountain. It's so beautiful here, the scenery is just gorgeous.

"But not as gorgeous as you." Ivan says kissing my cheek. Wait did I say that out loud. "Yes you did and I think you are way more beautiful than the scenery."

I can't help but look down at my shoes just wondering how lucky I am to be dating Ivan. He's such a sweetheart, he's a great boyfriend.
