I'm creating this story because I want to create something a little different. Instead of a cliche Abel fanfic where the girl is a stripper and Abel is a rich asshole and yadda yadda yadda, I've decided to challenge myself by creating a story based on true events, quietly inserting Abel into the narrative and showing a (fictional) side of him. Perhaps, beyond the Starboy the media has grown to adore, lies a past, and a girl he loved, the muse he used for every vague lovesong he released, the true beauty behind the madness, his Stargirl... but broken, just as he was.
