Before the Tournament

We arrived in Crocus the capital of Fiore right on time just as master said.   Everything here was beautiful and nothing could ruin this moment, so I thought. "Hey would you look at that y/n actually made it somewhere on time. Now the big question is will she be able to make it to the hotel before curfew or will we have to use Kira for a replacement" I turned around with a tick mark on my head to see Lance walking towards me with a smug look on his face. "You want to go ya tone deaf emo.""Let's go you no talent hag" Me and him bumped heads and you can see the dark aura coming from both of us. That is until Yuri separated the both of us and screamed "will you two idiots knock it off and act like you have some sense. I know it's hard for two dipshits like you." She shot us a evil glare and we both bowed our heads and said yes sir. Yuri is our equivalent to Erza she is freaking scary. When she turned around to talk to Kain about the tournament details me and Lance was shooting each other death glares. When she turned back around to us we were acting like we could get along. This continued on for about 5 minutes until Kain told us that we have to be at the hotel by midnight and that our hotel name was 'The Cozy Bone.' We all said our goodbye's before separating our different ways.

I decided to go alone since I think I can cover more ground this way. First I decided to stop by this cute little bakery to try out some sweets then I decided to go clothes shopping. I got a couple of cute outfits for the games. When I left the clothing store I noticed that there was a huge group gathering nearby. It sounded like someone was fighting. It's not surprising though we are in a town with a bunch of wizards someone is bound to fight here and there.

I decided to go check it out for myself. I was able to squeeze close enough to the front and I saw some guys laid out on the ground and two guts were standing over them one was blonde with blue eyes and the other had black hair with red eyes. They were going on about how Sabertooth was the strongest guild and that no one could beat them I just rolled my eyes until a pink haired guy ran into the middle. They started arguing and the thing that peaked my interest was them saying they were dragon slayers. A big smile formed across my face until I heard the blonde mentioning about them killing their dragons. That made me so steamed I couldn't stick around for that anymore so I left.

After the whole dragon slayers ordeal I decided to go into one more shop and it was a magic shop to see if anything interested me. Surprisingly nothing did so I left on my way back I bumped into someone who was just standing in the middle of the road. "Hey watch where ya...oh are you okay cutie?" I looked up to see the person I bumped into was the last person I wanted to see. It was the blonde from earlier. He offered me his hand which I gracefully denied and noticed that I dropped my headphones. I frantically looked around for them until a whistle caught my attention.

He was holding up my headphones with a smug look on his face. "Looking for these cutie?" I glared a t him and said "yes now give them back." He raised them above his head and said "Not until you give me your name first. See I'll go first I'm Sting Eucliffe. Now what's yours." I gave him a skeptic look before saying "It's y/n" "Oh y/n a pretty name for a pretty girl" I glared at him and held my hand out for my headphones and said "Well you got what you wanted now hand me my headphones" He reluctantly gave them to me and before and could day anything else I dashed off to the hotel.

By the time I got back it was almost time for the curfew and of course Lance had something to say. Before he could finish his rant we heard something go off outside and a hologram of a pumpkin guy appeared. He explained about the elimination round and all the rules. When he was finished stairs appeared before us and we rushed off to the finish line.

By the time we got to the finish line the pumpkin guy was there. "Congratulations team Phoenix you made it to the finish line. Unfortunately you are in 9th place but this being the seventh year for the games we decided that you guys will be our wild card but you have to keep it a secret." We all agreed and he sent us on our ways to prepare for the games the next day.
