"Time is running out...that's what's going on" She mumbled before she stood up and went upstairs. Mike looked confused as he shot up and followed her, quickly grabbing her wrist "Wait, what? What do you mean??" He asked and looked at her confused yet concerned.
Eleven stopped and looked back at him with fear in her eyes "My time is running out! The upside down is draining me and it makes me weaker, and soon enough it will make me die!" She said almost tearing up, she didn't want to die, she wanted to stay here with Mike and the other boys, they were her family. But she had no idea how to prevent it.
Mike glanced down slightly, taking it in "Am I really gonna lose her again?" He thought before he looked at her again. "B-But we can stop it, right?" Mike said fearfully.
She broke free from his grip around her wrist and stepped back slightly "Believe me when I say this, there's nothing we can do to stop it" Eleven said as she felt her eyes fill up with tears. She quickly turned around and ran out through the door, and into the woods.
Mike couldn't believe what he just heard as he stared at the door, was this really happening to him?
