I woke up to the sound of pouring rain, thunder clapped which frightened me and I dropped the key. Scrambling to pick it up, a thought invaded my mind. Was somepony killed last night? I shuddered before finally picking up the key and slotting it into the lock. "I'll check the post later," I mumbled, then I trotted down the stairs and into the kitchen.

A loud knock interrupted the worried scilence, so I got up to answer it. Sunset Chaser was smiling at me when I unlocked and opened the door. "Hi Sunset! I was just making breakfast, would you like to come in and have some?" I asked, noticing something on her hoof.

Blood.

It wasn't a large amount, just a small splatter.

"I don't see why not!" she smiled again and I let her inside.
I was trained on self defense and I was the nurse, so if she was Pinkamena, then I should be okay.
"What happened for you to get blood all over yourself?" I asked, waiting for a bad excuse that comes seconds too late.
"I cut myself while trimming my roses, only you know the nurse so I came to ask if you could get her." she replied instantly. No stuttering or 'errm's.
"I know how to treat small cuts, I'll see if I can help, best not to bother the nurse this early."  I said, going to get a plaster.
