What is Love? (Zashley Fanfiction)

Chapter 3

     "What?! No!" Ashley said while looking at Zac. Liam says suddenly while Zac is smiling at Ashley and Ashley ignoring him with an angry face "Well this is Zac and this is my girlfriend Miley and her friends Ashley and Vanessa." as he grabbed Miley's hand and moved his arm to point out which is which. Scott says " Vanessa is mine okay, Zac such a player already he has girls all over him already!" saying it in a friendly  way. "Is there something between you two?" Miley asks as she see's Zac looking and smiling at Ashley and Ashley with an angry face trying to ignore him. Zac says out loud "We're buddies and locker neighbors!" while hugging Ashley from the side. "Get off me!" Ashley says angrily and loud back at him. "Oh I see what's going on"  Vanessa says happy looking at Zac and Ashley together. "You guys are trying to hook them up" as she looks at both Scott and Liam. " Well that and also because he is a really cool dude and we're teammates!" Liam says while he high fives Zac. "Heck no, no way we are not going to be at all in that type of relationship!" Ashley says out loud as she scoots away from Zac. "So your in the football team also Zac?" Miley says while looking and smiling at Ashley and Ashley ignoring all of them. " Yep, I was in the team also in my last school so you could say that I'm pretty good at the game." The bell rings for the rest of the classes. " Well see you at practice Zac and Scott!" Liam says as he wraps his arm around Miley and then go inside the school. "Alright lets go babe" Scott says to Vanessa" Okay, bye guys."  As Vanessa and Scott hold hands and go inside. Ashley get ups and Zac notices her leaving and smiles. Ashley heads towards the door and then suddenly the same hand grabs the handle and opens up the door "What are buddies for right Ashley?" Zac says while smiling at Ashley as she ignores him and walks in. Zac looks around and still with the door open sees a couple holding hands with a sad yet confused face and then thinks about something that has happened to him a lot. Something that has happened with all the girls that had liked him. Then he shakes hiss head and walks in the school.

        As the day goes by class after class and when finally the bell rings at 4:18 pm and everyone runs out the classes, out the school to the busses or to their rides or some stay for practice or tutoring. Zac and Scott and Liam meet up on the locker room and get changed in their practice gear. " Lets hurry up guys or coach will get us bad'' says Scott to Zac and Liam, as they finish as quick as they can they head out to the field and start to warm up. Then the cheerleaders pop up for practice also but they practice in the track instead of the field like on the games. The guys get a little distracted by the cheerleaders. As they are all wearing their uniforms. The top is cut to where a little of the belly is shown and the top is mostly blue with the word Sharks outlined in red and white in the inside and the skirt is mostly blue also and the folded parts are red and in the very ends its white. "Hey Babe!" Scott shouts to Vanessa as she smiles and blows him a kiss and he pretends to catch it with his hand and about to pretend to put in on his lips then suddenly a bunch of his team mates come tumbling him down hard. Vanessa smiles and says "Are you okay Babe!" "Yep!'' Scott says smiling beneath the pile. The other cheerleaders laugh. "Hey Miley you look sexy!" Liam says as he checks her out with her cheerleading outfit. "You look Hot Liam!" Miley says back at him smiling. Then suddenly "Hey Babes come over here and do 50 push ups for not paying attention to me!" Coach Duhamel says to Scott and Liam. Then once Liam and Scoot finish the push ups "Hey guys where's the other one?" Zac asks to Liam and Scott "What, Ashley well she's not a cheerleader she isn't into that type of stuff." Liam says to Zac "Oh okay" Zac says as he looks towards the cheerleaders practicing and 3 of them wave at him with smiles as he ignores them and heads back with Liam and Scott back to what the others are doing. Then once the sun really is mostly close to go away the cheerleaders pack up and leave and so do the football players. They change back to their regular clothes and head to their rides. "Hey Zac do you need a ride?" Scott ask as they are heading towards Liam's car. "Nah I'm okay" Zac responds back to them "Alright see you tomorrow!" Liam says to Zac as he heads towards were he parked his Black Shinny Jeep and gets on and drives and then suddenly stops.

      "Hey Smiley, Baby V get on!" Ashley says as she waits for them to get in a yellow black stripped Camaro. "Alright!" Miley and Vanessa say back to her while getting on the Ashley's car.  He smiles when he sees Ashley smile finally. Then they drive off and so does Zac and then suddenly "Hey Zac!' and he notices who it is and then he says "Go home and don't worry about me." as he heads back to his home and go to sleep. Sun comes up and Caleb comes in Ashley's room and puts cream on Ashley's hand and then tickles her nose and the suddenly she moves her hand and slaps at Caleb's face as he was close enough to see if she was going to get herself. Ashley Laughing "Wow oldest prank in the book!" to Caleb as she gets up from her bed and as he wipes of his face "Oh yeah!" Caleb says as he gets some and runs towards her and she runs and ends up in the bathroom and locks her self in. "Fine I give!" Caleb says as he heads towards his room and shuts the door. Ashley laughs a little more and gets ready to go to school. Then she get a text form Vanessa "Hey its your turn to drive us don't forget!" then she quickly rushes outside and gets on her car and drives to Miley's and Vanessa's house and then heads towards school. Once they arrive they get off  and chat a little "Oh I guess we got here a little earlier than the guys" says Vanessa. "Well guys I have to go to class" Ashley says as she walks in towards her locker and sees the jerk Zac but he isn't alone. A girl in their English class Nina was with him and she looks at them while they are talking but cant really hear what they are saying. Nina says to Zac "I know your ignoring me Zac" and says nothing back with a sad face while he puts away his things in his locker. "Well its what happens right you never really liked me anyways right well bye" as Nina walks away and then Zac slams his locker and heads up to the classroom. Then Ashley wonders what happened but ignores it a bit and gets her stuff and then heads towards her class she has with Zac and sits where she sat last time and notices Zac with his head down. Mr. Pitt comes in the room and then starts the lesson right away and all throughout the class he stays like that Ashley steals a peeks at him little of times and then the bell rings for the next class and Zac get up and walks off. Ashley also gets up confused and goes to her next classes. 

          Finally the bell rings for Lunch and Ashley and Miley and Vanessa meet up at their spot. Then suddenly "Hey guys I wanna ask you guys something" Ashley says towards Miley and Vanessa "Yeah sure what's up?" Miley says "Um...okay I have been wondering most of my life so please give me a serious answer....What is love?" Ashley says then suddenly right at that moment she didn't notice someone was passing by "I'll teach you" a familiar voice says and looks at Mileys and Vanessa's surprised face and then slowly turns around and BAM! Zac Efron the most popular guy at school with girls around him most of the time and the jerk  and the guy who was quiet all day says "I'll teach you." with a serious face. "Um okay" Ashley says to Zac with a serious face then Zac responds back "Meet me after school at the English room okay Buddie"smiling and walks away and a bunch of girls walk away with him. "What was up with that?'' Miley asks to Ashley " I don't know but I guess we can see if he can teach me" Ashley says as she gets excited that finally she can learn what love is. The bell rings for lunch to be over and all the students go to the rest of their classes. Finally the final bell rings for most of the students to leave. Ashley excited yet a little doubtful if a the guy that always has girls around him will be the right one to teach her. "Oh well lets see how it goes..'' Ashley says as she opens the English classroom door. And sees that the classroom is empty and  Zac standing up looking at her with a serious yet a little nervous expression on his face at the front and says "lets begin Buddie" Also as he points towards a desk she can sit at. Ashley was about to sit down but then suddenly Zac grabbed her and pulled her towards him and hugs her with a smile on his face he says " If your excited or felling warmth its already love."
