"Happy birthy day to you!" That's what I have to wake up to on my birthday? Jesus, breakfast in bed would have been nice.. But this is still cute my three older brothers singing to me. "Happy birthday to youuu." Finally im done listening to there 'pro skills' Just as I was about to get out of bed. My oldest brother kale threw a bucket of ice cold water on me. I growled, and my eyes turned picth black. "Uh oh, ooooo ya hear that, I think mom is calling me!"
Kale said rushing out my room, so did my other brothers. Being a werewolf is tough, you have to learn how to control your anger. Today im turning 17, wich means I will 9/10 find my mate at school today, and also will be shifting. What happens if i do find my mate, and he rejects me?!! Just the thought of being rejcted hurts me. I groan and hop out of bed to take a shower and brush my teeth, etc. When I finish my shower I put on my outfit for school.

Once I park my motorcycle in my parking spot I hop off and head into the hell hole known as... You guessed it 'school'. As I walk in I smell the most wonderful smell. I automatically knew it was my 'mate' I had no other choice to follow it, and guess what. My mate is Xavier mathews. Aka school's badboy, player, and most popular. Last but not least soon to be alpa. I basically stood there in schock.
'Why does are mate have to be Xavier' I thought to myself. He began walking up to me, when he was right infront of me he started throwing harsh words out of the blue.
"OUT OF ALL PEOPLE, YOU ARE MY MATE?!?!?!?!, WHO WOULD WANT A DUMBASS WEAKASS MATE LIKE YOU!" I stood there in shock as he's last words hurt me the most.
"I, Xavier Matthews, reject you, lily Portland, as my mate " With those words I was broken. I started to silently cry as I decided to go back home. Once im home I get ready for my party, Xavier will be there too.... Imma shift infront of him to. That's it!! Im tired of bullshit. After my party I will schedule a flight!!! Yes that's it! Hours passed and im already dressed for my party.

"Lily hurry your ass up before you are late!" My mom shouts. I chuckle at this. As I walk down stairs gasp are heard. "Awe, my baby is growing up!"

Im at the party talking to my oldest brother until the person who has the microphone in there hands starts to speak. "Lily portland, please make your way on stage." He says. Everyone eyes land on md including Xavier who has his arms wrapped around some whore. Im not gonna lie. Its hurts but I will be strong. As I walk on stage all eyes follow my every move. "Its time fore you to shift!!" The boy shouts happily as the crowd claps. As I start shifting, I also start to burn uncomfortably. "WHY THE HELL DOES IT BURN!!" I shout as my bones start cracking. "AAAAHHHH!" I shout as im finally in wolf form. The room went silent. Until ofcourse my mom broke it. "My baby, is the next moongodess!!" My mom says. I slowly turn my body to look in the mirrior and I see a white wolf with light blue swirls all over my body. That wolf is me. I turned back around just to see everyone back to normal. ( im human now). I smile as I see my brother trying to flirt. I started to burn up again but it was worser. I screamed causing everyone to gasp and look at in pain. "It hurts PLEASE HELP ME!" I shout. Xavier.. He's mating someone else. Not marking! But having sex.
"Lily, whats wrong?!" My mom shouts.
"Mate, Xavier is fucking someone else." I say. I started to get blury after I said that. I heard my mom shouting, but I couldn't make out the words. Black...... That's all I see.
