This is a picture I painted of Joshua Dun, the drummer of my favorite band twenty one pilots.

This took me about one evening to complete. I really tried hard with the background and I'm pleased with how it turned out, because this was my first time to paint a galaxy.
I took a few lower quality pictures in between:

The other painting that you can see underneath was my first attempt, but I didn't think this through, so the ink from the pen bled really badly when I applied the colors.

Here you can see the masking tape that I put around the edges to have that nice clean border.

The masking tape was removed. Now the only thing missing are the black lines.
