It's nice to see you again.

It feels like it's been a decade since I last saw you, even if it has only been a few months. Seeing you so happy and joyful gives me such a fuzzy feeling inside that I can't describe. I love seeing you happy. I love seeing you smile and how your happiness really shines through. I love watching the ways your eyes crinkle whenever you laugh too hard, the kind of laughter that makes you hold your sides because it hurts. I love seeing you happy. And contrary to popular belief, I love seeing you sad. You always put up this brave face; this strong demeanor that shows you're confident and that you can do anything. But you're still human. You still make mistakes and you still get upset and you still feel emotions. And that's good. That's really really good. I honestly don't think I've seen you this happy in a really long time. It's almost like a breath of fresh air, watching you giggle at the dumbest things like a six year old. It's almost like I'm meeting a brand new side of you that I haven't seen in so long. Thank you for making me happy with your happiness. It's really nice to meet you again, and it's so good to see... well... YOU.
