Aj lee is from union city, new jersey. She was born on March 19, 1987. Her birth name is April Jeanette Mendez. She signed with the wwe to become and Fcw star. She was Fcw champion for a little while. A little while after her Fcw championship reign, she was called up for NXT. She was on Season three with Naomi, Maxine, Jamie, Kaitlyn, and Aksana. Aj's Pro was Primo, who is currently one of the members of the shining stars with Epico. Aj lee was eliminated from NXT in 3rd place. She made her return on Smackdown in 2011, Teaming with Kaitlyn against Beth Phoenix and Natalya. Aj unfortunately lost by tapping out. In late 2011, she was in a relationship with Daniel Bryan until wrestlemania 28. They broke up on the next day on raw due to aj lee "costing" Daniel Bryan to loose. Then, was Cm punk. She announced on raw that she liked him. They have kissed on screen on a few occasions. after pushing punk through a table, Aj started flirting with Kane. tagging with punk, punk tagged Aj lee in, who she then kissed kane then skipped away. The kane thing didn't last long. She got back with Daniel Bryan, as they had a wedding, which was interupted by Vince McMahon, annoucing Aj lee as the new General Manager. Later on, she was fired due to having an "affair" with John cena. They had their little thing until at tlc 2012, aj lee pushed cena off a ladder. At the slammy awards, She kissed Dolph Ziggler and they had their thing. After her breakup with Dolph at Mitb, at payback, she won the divas champioship from kaitlyn 6.13.13, which she held for 295 days. She lost it to Paige, then later on beat her at night of champions to win it back. Then lost it to nikki bella. She had a frenemies thing with paige. At wrestlemania 31, they sqaured off against the bellas and one by aj making nikki tap out. Aj lee tagged with Naomi and Paige the next night on raw to defeat the bellas and nattie. The next day, aj announced her retirement. She ia currently writing a book called "crazy is my superpower" which all of you should pre order now.
