In the next week Aikawa came over quite a few times. Misaki kept to his room not wanting Aikawa to see him in this state but also because he couldn't be up for long stretches of time. The twins were now so big that they couldn't move freely anymore. Every time one of them moved Misaki would see his belly change shape. At first it startled him but now he was used to it. "Misaki, can I get you anything?" Akihiko asked as he peeked in to bedroom. "No I'm fine. How is your book coming alone?" Misaki asked. Akihiko walked into the room closing the door behind him. "It's finished. Aikawa will take the manuscript and get it published." Akihiko answered sitting down on the bed. "Is she still here?" Akihiko shook his head. "No she already left, but not before she mentioned the book launch again. Last time I went because you went with me, but now I don't want to go. I hate big crowds." Misaki shook his head and sighed. "You know you have to go. It really is important and I'll be fine. Don't worry so much, besides it's only for a couple hours. If you don't want to stay long that is not a problem right?" Misaki asked. Akihiko shrugged. "I don't know. But seeing that Isaka and Aikawa will be there they will make that a problem." Akihiko said laying down next to Misaki his head on the teens legs. "Usagi-san, don't lay there, I can't see your face." Misaki said, grabbing the older man's shirt and pulling him up. He placed Akihiko's head on his bump and stroked his hair. "What is it that you are worried about. I mean, the launch is next week and I'm still three weeks from the due date." Misaki said trying to convince the man into going. Akihiko closed his eyes enjoying the caresses he got from Misaki. "It's just that you can go into labor at any time now. The doctor also told you that. I mean just look at your stomach it seems that they are ready to be born."

"Well, that's true but the doctor also said that they would probably not be premature because then they would already be out."

"I just don't want to leave you home alone that's all."

"Usagi-san I'm going to be fine, don't worry." Misaki said with finality in his voice. He took Akihiko's face in his hands and pulled him close. "Now promise me you will go."

"Or else what?" Akihiko said challenging him. "Or else you will never get to touch me again because I will live with Nii-chan." Misaki smiled. They both knew he would never do that but Akihiko sighed. "Alright fine, I'll go to the stupid book launch, but I will not promise to be nice." Akihiko said then kissed his beloved. Misaki kissed him back pulling his lover even closer. They kissed for a while until Misaki pulled away placing his hand on his stomach. "What's wrong?" Akihiko asked. Misaki smiled. "Nothing, they just move around that's all. I won't be getting much sleep tonight either." Misaki said sighing again. Akihiko got up and grabbed the cream from the bedside table drawer. He pushed Misaki's shirt up and started to rub the cream to his belly. This was the most effective way to get the twins to calm down and for Misaki to get some sleep, even just for a little while. Misaki moaned contently and closed his eyes. He enjoyed the massage every time. After the twins calmed down, Misaki kissed Akihiko again and then closed his eyes. Akihiko rubbed his belly until the teenager was fast asleep.

"Misaki are you sure you'll be alright on your own. I mean you're almost nine months pregnant." Akihiko asked looking rather worried. It was the day of the book launch and Akihiko didn't want to leave Misaki alone. "I'll be fine, besides I still have two more weeks to go. Just go to your book launch and have some fun, you shouldn't be kept in here with me just because I can't leave. Just don't have to much fun without me." Misaki said smiling, but also slightly pouting. Akihiko smiled back at him. "Alright but if you need anything just call okay?" he asked still not very convinced. Misaki nodded placing a hand on his protruding belly to calm the kicking inside him. Akihiko did the same. "You two be nice to your uncle now alright. Behave yourself." Akihiko said to his belly and then straightened so he could kiss Misaki. The brunette threw his arms around the writers neck pulling himself closer and moaned. After a good make out session Akihiko pulled away panting. "I better go before I loose whatever will power I have left. You be careful and call if anything happens." the writer said and with a quick kiss on Misaki's cheek he left. Misaki stood panting in the living room a smile on his lips as he placed his hands on his stomach. He had one hand under his belly and the other on top of it and waddled his way over to the couch. "You sure know how to make me even more miserable with your head so low. It makes it almost impossible to walk now. Good thing Usagi-san doesn't know how much discomfort I have been experiencing this last month. He wouldn't have gone if he knew. It was difficult enough to get him to go now." Misaki sighed as he noticed he had to use the restroom again. 'It's a good thing we have a toilet downstairs. If I had to climb the stairs every time I have to use the restroom I don't think I would be down often.' Misaki thought as he waddled over and relieved himself, sighing as he did so. The phone rand and Misaki waddled over as soon as he could in his current situation. "Hello, Takahashi speaking." he said a little out of breath. "Misaki? It's Manami. I was worried about you and wanted to know if everything is alright?" she asked. Misaki took a deep breath to calm his breathing. "I'm fine Nee-chan, don't worry about me. I still have two more weeks until the c-section so everything is alright. I try to be calm as possible and I'm getting plenty of rest." Misaki assured her. "Okay. It's great to hear you are doing alright. How's Usagi-san at the moment?"
