Chapter 2: the lover's friends

Soon they got to the park, he stopped the skateboard and lifted her off the skateboard, then made themselves both fall onto the soft grass. The bunny got ruby by the hips and kissed her again; she kissed back but as he switched her to be on top of him, Ruby felt the bunny pulling her shorts down slowly, she gasped at his sudden action, blushing "Buddy! T-That's a no-no!"

He was hurt and disappointed of her choice, and with that, he got up and sighed "I'm sorry..." The sun was setting making everything dark as the park and the streets lights turn on, "Do you want me to take you home already?", asked Buddy, looking at the girl, "yeah, it's getting dark.", said Ruby, sitting up from the ground, and slowly rising to stand up. The bunny helped her up to her feet and lifted her onto his skateboard before getting onto the skateboard himself. Wrapping her arms around his waist once again, Buddy blushed and push off the ground making the skateboard move.

Passing neighborhoods to get to Ruby's house, the girl rested her head on the bunny's shoulder, eyes closed making him smile. Music was playing from speakers he had in his pockets and it just happened that her favorite song, "Closer" by Chainsmokers, started to play through the speakers, making the girl open her crimson eyes and smile. So into the song she didn't know that she was softly singing along with the song, but buddy heard her and smiled at the fact she was singing; minutes later, they were in the girl's neighborhood and she was able to point out her house.

Stopping in front of her house, the bunny got off the board and help the girl off the board as well. They looked into each other's eyes and blushed, "goodnight..." ,he said smiling. He waited for her to walk inside safely, so walking to her door, Ruby turned around to face him. She was about to say something to him until the front door opened showing a red headed girl, "Ruby!!! You promised to help me with my project!!" The girl at the door seemed to know ruby as that thought came across Buddy's mind

"But Paint-!" ruby shouted before she was pulled into the house. Paint looked at the bunny and closed (or slammed) the door. Buddy just stared at the house before getting on his skate board and pushed off to his house, 'Well that was...awkward?' he thought, trying to find the perfect word for the meeting of Ruby's roommate for the first time.

Inside the house, Ruby looked at her roommate, "Paint! Why did you do that!?" The red-haired girl looked at the catlike-girl, "You promised me that you will help me with making clothes!" pointing to fabrics and other materials on the floor and the table stand. Groaning in annoyance, the teen looked at her with a "Really?-I-help-you-every-day" face, "Paint, I help you with your project everyday!"

As he skated home, the bunny couldn't help but think on how this day was for him, meeting the girl of his dream and for her to feel the same way as him. Seeing that he was near his home, Buddy got off his board and continued to walk to the front of his house. Buddy sighed, "was I wrong?" looking at the night sky, he wondered... if she was really the one for him, now doubting his choice. Shaking his head, the male reached his front door and opened it, walking in he saw his friend and roommate, Fred, playing on the ps4. Fred, was a Brunette male with green eyes, saw his friend walked in and paused the game he was currently playing.

"Hey Buddy! How was your skating? You sorta took longer than usual this time." Fred said pausing the game, getting up to greet his friend. "I met a girl, but..." "But what?", asked Fred, looking concerned. "She's the one dude..." "you think so?", asked Fred, looking happy for him. "Yeah..." "Well, I'm happy for ya" "Thanks man", Buddy grinned, "Now, let me play dude, pass me the other controller!"

As the two boys played their game, the two girls worked until it was very late. Yawning, Ruby stopped what she was doing, "I'm going to bed now..." Leaving the room, the young girl went to her room, completely tired from the whole day, 'First, I met the guy of my dreams, we kissed...' sighing like school girl, she changed out of clothes into just a t-shirt and her pantie on. Climbing into her bed, Ruby couldn't help but feel something in Buddy that makes her feel so complete. Closing her eyes, she whispered one word before seeing darkness, "Buddy..."

After playing for quite a few hours Fred checked the time. "Shit man. I forgot all about the time!", Buddy mumbles since he's to tired to talk "well may-maybe....we should....sleep", as Buddy fell fast asleep, Fred shut down the game and got ready for the night.
