"RISE AND SHINE DARLINGS" Hoseok screams, as he pulls the curtains open in your room. You hear Yerin groan loudly and tug the duvet over her head. Shooting Hobi a glare, you try to kick him away but he just gives you a sugary grin.
He grabs both yours and Yerin's blanket and tugs them off in one pull.
"Nuh Uh" he starts off, waggling his finger condescendingly, "We need to leave to the venue now for rehearsals" he says and you try to refrain yourself from flipping him off, when you see the camera crew standing behind him filming everything.
"We'll be out in 20" you sigh, finally giving in.
When they leave your room, you whimper as you check the time; it was barely 5am.

You graciously accept the coffee that's handed to you by Jin, and you feel yourself relaxing slightly after the first couple of sips.
He stares at you pointedly, a serious look on his face, so you him why he's looking at you that way.
"They guys said you're vicious when you're forced to get up early. So they sent me to...
He quotes and unquotes with his fingers
...satiate the beast... I'm just observing you in your natural habitat" he says seriously. Your lips twitch incredulously and you shove him, making him give you his windshield laugh before running off.
You shake your head at how childish he was but smile happily because he was still treating you normally, despite what happened last night.
After you finish the coffee, you meet everyone and all head off to the venue. Upon arriving, the boys are ushered to the back with microphones and you girls stay seated in the front, excited to see the dry run.
Regardless of it only being a practice run, you watch in awe at their stage presence. They had only their sweatpants and casual clothing on and no makeup, but they carried themselves with the same intensity they usually had when they're live on stage in front of thousands of fans. Again, you have to remind yourself that the people you joke with off stage, and the idols in front of you now, were the same people.

The entire rehearsal was almost two hours long and near the end you see them sweating from the lack of breaks and panting from the amount of effort they put in. From the speakers, it was announced that there would be a two hour break before another dry run, this time only working on positioning.
You see Yuri and Yerin handing the guys bottles of water and you turn to M. She sends you a soft smile and leans closer to you. "That was amazing...I wish we could join them in performing; you dancing and me singing" she says wistfully.
One of the organizers in charge calls the two of you to come up on stage with the guys, and you both shoot each other puzzled look before slowly standing.
Stepping up on stage, the boys glance at each other excitedly.
"Guess who's going to be joining us tonight for a special performance?" Namjoon says eyeing you two with a smile.
He ushers you towards Chim, Kook and Hobi then pulls M towards him, Tae, Yoon and Jin.
"We split it up this way so that Y/N could do a routine with us and M do one of our songs with the others" Chim says while ruffling your hair.
M shoots you a disbelieving look and you just shake your head solemnly, already used to their all-knowing personas.
"Mindreading extraterrestrials" you mouth to her, recalling what she wished for earlier, before you were dragged away by an eager Kookie.
