Unexpected

Waiting for a miricale

Zayns POV-

It has been a week since that horrifying doctor visit. A lot of things happened to Ash. The Doctor and I both believe that Ash is acting strange. So today I have to take him in to get examined.

"Let's go son." I say weakly.

I pick him up and put them in the car seat. I drive slowly. I glance back at Ash who is fast asleep. Ounce we get inside the hospital. Dr. Jim calls us in and we walk to the examination room.

"OK so I am going to have you wait outside the door so I can do X-ray.

I nod and wait outside.

30 Mins later.

After waiting for a half an hour. The doctor calls me in.

"Well I have good news and really bad news."

"Whats the good news."

"The good news is your son has a blood flow to his brain."

"Whats the bad news."

"Well. Um... We have to take your son away."

"What do you mean."

"I am sorry sir but your son needs to be tested on by highly trained professionals."

"No I can't do that."

"Sir its for your sons health."

"He's all I have."

"I can find you a theripist."

"N-no!"

"Sir its for his own good. If you don't your son could die."

I sob as I walk back into the room.

"A-Ash." I say sitting on the chair next to him.

"I am so sorry." I say sobbing.

"Dad." He says weakly. "I love you."

"I love you to son."  I say.

I start to fiddle with the necklace around my neck. It was perrie's necklace. I take it off and look at it.

"Ash I want you to have this. Keep it safe and do not let anything happen to it." I say placing the necklace in his small palm.

"I won't daddy. I promise." I give him a weak smile before I start crying.

"Goodbye Ash. I love you so much." I say kissing his forehead. I stand up and start to walk out of the door.

"Dad." He says.

"Yes Ash."

He hands me a paper. On the paper it said I love you daddy. And had a picture of two smiley faces.

"Thank you." I say sadly before walking out the door.

I lean against the wall. Why does my life suck. Everything was perfect as a teenager now my life sucks. I angrily punch the wall leaving a dent.

"Sir pleas-" The doctor says.

I push past him and run out of the hospital. I slam my car door shut and rush home. I punch the door open and run upstairs. I throw myself on the bed and yell. Tears were streaming down my face. Why does my life suck? What did I do to deserve this. Were the questions that ran through my head. I hold my breath and listen closely. I hear nothing. Only the sound of my heartbeat going weaker and faster. I exhale. Why am I still alive? I have nothing to live for.

I sigh and get up. I walk over to my balcony. I am going to end this misery.

Kaitlyns POV:

"Aidon are you OK?" I say.

Lately I have been worried about Aidon. The doctor is supposed to be coming over to check on him.

"Aidon go change out of your play clothes."

"No." He whines.

"Honey please the doc-"

I am interrupted by a knock on the door.

"Oh hello Doctor. Greenlee! Come in."

"Hello."

I lead her over to Aidon."

"Ok so I need to examine your son."

"Alright."

I watch as she checks his heartbeat. Next she grabs an otoscope. (something to look into your ears)

"Oh my."

"What is it."

"I am afraid your son has a rare diesease."

"What?"

"Your son is dying."

"Please no!"

"All you have to do is let us take him."

"O-ok but will I see him again."

"Yes."

I sigh and nod. She picks Aidon up and walks outside.

"I will bring him back tonight."

"OK." I say

She sets him in the backseat and leaves. I really hope he will be OK.

Doctors POV:

"Did you get the kid Doctor Greenlee." My boss asks.

"Yes sir."

"Well hide him with the others."

"Yes sir."
