I smiled when papa said that. He came and hugged me. The garage door started to open as I laid my head on his. "Dad's home, I should get up," he said I shook my head as tears started again, he sighed and kissed my head. "Hey" dad said I smiled and sat up "do you want to tell him?" Papa asked I shook my head "I can't say it again," I whispered he nodded

"You know the math lessons he was getting? They stopped a few weeks ago instead mr. Simon was using that time- he he thought it was a good idea to rape our son," he said I was thinking that dad would yell at me or what not but instead he just sat down next to us. "So are we going to do something about it?" He said.

Vikk's pov
We sent josh to his room for a little bit "I'm going to call the cops," cal said as an idea came in my head. I shook my head "not yet I have an idea," I said and grabbed my phone and called JJ

We want to call the cops but we don't know if he'll be gone when they get there so could you call tobi at school, tell him what to do and we'll give him a ride to your house

Tobi's pov

I was in Mr. Simons room for last hour when his phone started to ring. He answered. I used to think Mr. Simon was great then I found out about what he did to josh. Now I think he's a pervert.

"Tobi your dad wants to talk to you," he said he went back to the smart board I walked up over "hey dad," I said there was only ten left of class so I'm a little confused about why he's calling "vikk and cal are calling the police about jo jo so they asked me to call you ask if you can stay after class till they take him away," he said

"Why do I have to you know what happened to him, he scares me" I said quieter than I was before so no one hears me. "I know he would scare me too but if he touches you then I'll touch him harder. And don't do it because I'm asking you too think about Josh's family and what they're going through ok," he said

"Ok see you soon" I said and hung up. I went over to Mr. Simon "my dad's stuck in traffic on the way home so he asked if I could stay here with you till he gets here," I said I was terrified but i keep telling myself it's josh. He nodded and I went back to my seat. When the bell rang I got out my phone and opened the camera and started a video and put my phone down "do you know where josh is?" He asked I nodded not making eye contact, "he didn't feel good so he went home after lunch," I said he nodded getting closer closer to me "I know that you know what we were doing, I could see it in your eyes every time you come in my class with him," he said lowly I looked him in the eyes and shook my head your a sick twisted man and I hope rot in hell," I said. He slowly shook his head and raised his hand and slapped my cheek. I got mad and wanted to leave but I remember that I'm doing this for josh, and can't. I felt my phone buzz and looked at it

Cops are on their way don't worry to much longer- vikk

I sighed and closed my eyes "you ruined my best friends like and I'm not going to let you ruin mine," I said and kneed him in the guts. He groaned just as the door swung open With the police, vikk, and my dad I ran into his arms. He squeezed me a little hard when he saw what we did to me. When they had him in cuffs I ran over to my phone and grabbed it pointing the camera at him "you just admitted to hurting josh on camera!" I said and smiled. He looked at me angry.
