It's been couple of days since Nandini kissed Manik's cheeks in front of Nanu. She has been very embarrassed to confront Nanu after that and she was keeping a low key with her. But Nanu understands her dilemma and left her alone for sometime. 

Manik is as usual busy with his work and keeping himself away from the house to save  from these random attacks of Nandini in front of Nanu. Even he was feeling embarrassed to face Nanu.

What all goes on in between Nandini and Manik is not known to Nanu that's why it's not that embarrassing, but the way Nandini kissed Manik in front of her grandma is something. If Nanu gets a chance than she would be teasing both of them to the glory that's why they were keeping themselves busy in their work.

Until one day.
Nandini  came to Nanu's room to call her for dinner but she screamed Manik's name.
"Manik sir.. Come here... Fast..."
Manik was doing some work on his laptop in the living room.  He was stunned by Nandini's voice and keeping his laptop aside he ran to Nanu's room.

He saw that Nanu was lying across her bed in an unconscious state her feet hanging down and her whole body was on her bed with her hands spread on either sides of her.

Nandini was trying to pat her cheek to wake her up.
"Nanu Uthiye.. Aapko Kya ho Gaya  hai..." Her eyes was moist seeing Nanu in this condition.
Manik ran outside.

"Chotu... Chotu..." He screamed chotu's name..
Chotu came running to him.
"Ji Saabji..."
"Chotu jaldi se scooter nikaal Aur Hakeem Saab Ko le aa... Nanu behosh ho gayi hai..." Manik told him. Chotu ran to the garage and went to pick up Hakeem Saab.

Manik came in Nanu's room and came beside her. He lift her and straighten her in the correct position. He bend down and checked if she is breathing or not. She was breathing and her heartbeat was very slow. He rubbed her hands and Nandini started rubbing her feet. But Nanu didn't gain consciousness. Manik take the glass of water from the nightstand and sprinkle it on her. But nothing worked.
He took out his cell phone from his pockets and dialed a number.
It was Sonia on the other side.

"Hey manik how are you..l" she asked in cheerful voice.
"Dr. Sonia Nanu behosh ho gayi hai... I don't know what to do..." His voice was so panicky that even Dr. Sonia was worried.

"Don't worry Manik... First relax... Did you check her heartbeat... Her blood pressure her sugar level..." She asked.
"No Dr. I didn't..." He said.
"Ok... First check her blood pressure maybe it's elevated or its decreased..." Dr. Sonia said.

"Nandini... Bring the blood pressure machine and check her BP.. Fast..." Nandini did as he said.

Till than Hakeem Saab came.
"Kya baat hai... Miyaan... Kyun pareshaan ho..." He said as soon as he entered the room.

"Hakeem Saab dekhiye naa... Nanu behosh ho gayi hai... Pata nahi Kya hua..." Manik get down from the bed and make way to Hakeem Saab.
He check Nanu's pulse through her wrist.

"Begum sahiba ka BP gir Gaya hai Aur unke DIL Ki dhadkan bhi bahut ahista chal rahi hai..." Hakeem Saab said after checking her pulse.

Manik was still on call.
"Doctor... Hakeem Saab is saying that her BP is down and pulse rate is down too...what should I do..." Manik asked the doctor.
