Chapter 7 ~ Black Hair, And Baby Blue Eyes..

Monday April 16, 2004.

I lunged up from the bed I was sitting in with my imaginary knife, screaming for dear life. I stopped screaming and looked at my hands, which were all bandaged up. I looked around the room to see blue wallpaper, with Undertale posters on it. The room looked... Familiar. I have been in this room before... Maybe... It just seems well.. Familiar.

Was I in Scott's room? Oh when I get my hands on him his going to pay... For.. Leaving me...

"Hello?" I wispered trying to see if any one was in the hall way... Or just whispering because I need help.

"Hello?" I wispered a little louder but no answer. I shrugged and slumped over the bed. I cringed and looked down at my stomach where there were bandages and stab marks from... Nick.. It wasn't a dream was it.. I was hoping it was.. That I still had a mother.. And wasn't an orphan.. and that Nick wasn't alive.. And that Scott.... Well..

I eventually got out of the baby blue bed. (Say that the times fast) I walked over to the door and slightly pushed it, yep this wasn't Scott's home. I peeked around the corner, but then realized I was in Pjs. I couldn't go into public with Pjs on! Wait.. These weren't my Pjs.. THEY WERE BOY PJS. Gross..

I shrugged off the pj thing and went around the corner. I saw a dark blue bean bag with a man in it. He had black hair, and baby blue eyes.

"N-Noah?" I stuttered as Noah looked up and smiled.

"Yes Ruby babe?" He climbed out of the bean bag chair and stood in front of me.

" First of all were not dating anymore. Second of all.. I missed you.. " I hugged him as he hugged me. Wierd right I said I despised him but now I'm hugging him. #Socially awkward love life.

"I missed you to, why were you in an alley way?" He questioned.

"Long story short I stabbed some one." Noah looked at me and I could have seen him take a tiny step away from me.

" Oh um.. That's nice.. " He smiled but I could tell he thought I was a crazy person.

"You are joking, right?" He said but I just laughed and let him sit there confused.

"Wait.. Since your here.. Has Lilly come yet?" I asked. Lilly was always there for me, even in the hardest times.

" Actually she has, she's in the kitchen right now. We moved together into a small apartment building. " He said. I looked at him and started to fan girl.

"ARE YOU AND LILLY DATING?" I almost screamed.

" NO WE HAVE OUR SEPARATE ROOMS! Besides I would want.. You back-" I paused his sentence by putting my finger over his mouth.

"Your brave to come to me and say you want to date again.. But.. I can't get over what you did to me." After I said that Noah started to pout like a beat dog.

" don't look at me that way. " He continued to pout with more force. HE WAS SOOOO CUTE! (When he pouted).

"Whatever Noah" I said as he lessened his pout to a moan.

"STOP!" I playfully yelled at him. But he continued.

" Fine will this help? " I walked over to him and kissed him on the cheek. He smiled smugly and stopped pouting.

" THAT'S A STEP IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION! " He laughed as he walked to the kitchen. I rolled my eyes and followed him.

"What is going on with you Noah?" A girl in the kitchen said making pancakes. She had bright red hair and bright green eyes. Just like she did In middle school..

" LILLY! " I screamed as she stared at me with shock.

"RUBY!" She yelled as we both hugged each other.

"I missed you guys so much! I even missed you Noah.." I glared playfully at him as he smirked and did a "Hair flip."

"Yeah yeah stop being sappy. Anyway why were you in that awful avenue?" Lilly asked. I shrugged not really wanting to tell them. They don't need to know that I went insane and stabbed a man. Do they?

"Heh I don't think you need to know." I stuttered. 

"Tell us Ruby.. Were your family.." She gave me puppy eyes and started to beg. She looked over at Noah to start following her. Noah got on the ground next to her and started to beg.

"P-Please.." He started to "Fake cry."

"UGH FINE! You might want to sit down though.." I said as they hurriedly followed me onto the couch. They plopped down on the same bean bag that I found Noah on. 

"Ok we are ready!" Lilly said as she cuddled up into the bean bag.

"Ok hold your butts.." I said as I started to explain about Nick, and who Scott was. I explained that my mother was dead and that I was an orphan. I told them about the creepy waiter.. and the blood.

"Im so sorry Ruby.." Noah said after I finished talking about it. 

"It will be fine.." I said as I started to tear up. Would it? Would it really be ok? Nick was out there probably stalking me.. Ready for more blood. Every one I knew was in danger and I thought it was going to be ok? Well thats foolish..

"No Noah its not going to be okay.. I put all of you in danger.." A tear ran down my cheek. It wasn't going to be ok, everything has fallen apart.. and it was my fault. Wait... no... it was.. Scotts.. HE IS THE ONE WHO SAID STUFF ABOUT ME TO NICK! It was his fault.. I suddenly felt a flood of angry threw my vanes. 

"Its his fault Noah.." I whispered as he stared at me with confusion. 

"What? Who's fault?" He asked.

"Scotts.. He was the one who said stuff about me to.. Nick.." I stuttered I stared into his eyes. 

"It was an honest mistake I'm sure of it.." Noah whispered as I started to cry.

"Oh please don't cry.." Noah said as he pulled me towards him into a hug. He rapped his hands around me as I cried into his shoulder. How could Scott do this to me? I loved.. him..

My crying became into balling as Noah pulled me closer. Noah looked towards Lilly with pleading eyes for help. She shrugged, laughed, and walked into her room. I started to lose my footing and fell into him, pushing him to the ground. He stood up , carrying me in his arms, and went to his room. 

I felt him sit down on his bed ,with me still in his arms, and started to rock me like a baby. I snuggled into his warm shirt, and for the first time,I smiled. Noah was never this kind.. but I guess he has changed..

I looked up into his baby blue eyes and smiled at him, he smiled back.

"You have changed haven't you?" I whispered.

" Is that a good thing?" He whispered back. I nodded happily as I gently fell asleep in his arms..
