Okay. So. It may or may not say this in my bio, but I really really really really really like animals. And I want a lot of pets. Soooooooooooo, I may or may not have gotten into this bet with my dad, that if I could write a best-seller (he didn't say by whose standards) that I could have any pet I wanted. So far I have a list of: a rabbit, a turtle, a snake, a bird, more fish, a Ragdoll kitten, a Bangle kitten, and a Scottish Fold. But that's beside the point. I have two ideas for a story right now, and I need your help choosing one.
Idea one: Mystics (this one kinda came to me in a dream. Also this is fantasy-ish 'cause its got magic)
Diamond Thompson has lost everything. Her parents, her home, even her true name. When her parents died in a strange accident, social services had sent her to live with her mother's sister in America. Soon after arriving, odd, unexplainable things begin to happen to and around Diamond, and she began to believe that she had gone crazy. After all, who can set things on fire simply by looking at them a funny way, only to have someone tell you that the thing was never there in the first place. Then she hears a local legend about an ancient group of people, known to the townspeople as "The Mystics". No one has seen them for hundreds of years. But they sound like they can explain what is happening to Diamond. She searches everywhere she can for them, and at last she finds them. But with this small victory, comes a great price. She learns from them the true nature of the accident that night. That it wasn't an accident at all. And now, she is the one being hunted.
Idea two: Bloodlust (this one actually came to me first, but whatever. It's horror, by the way. And the prologue is on my Wattpad if you want to get more information of how it's gonna be)
Rose White has just moved from the bright lights and busy streets of Manhattan to a rural town in the middle of nowhere, Washington. Rose looks at everything and everyone in her new life with contempt. When strange things happen and strangers start appearing in town, Rose discovers a secret that could kill both her and her family.
