The Alphas Angel

Chapter 1

Alex POV

"I can't wait till I'm done with this stupid homework. I mean who needs math in their life anyway. I've been sitting here doing my math homework for about an hour now and I'm still not done with it." I mutter to myself.

As I'm saying this my mom comes over to me saying, "Come on honey, I know you are exited to see Josh but if you stopped looking at the clock every five minutes you would have been done by now."

With that being said she gets up and walks back into the kitchen to finish cooking. My brother, Josh has been gone for about 2 years now to do beta training with the alpha. That's right you guessed it I'm a werewolf. While my brother has been gone for 2 years the soon to be alpha has been gone for much longer. I don't know exactly when he left seeing as he's 18 now and four years older than me. By the time I was 10 he was long gone. I've never met him but my brother has told me that over the past two years they have become best friends. Anyways the two of them are coming home today and I'm so anxious to see Josh that all day I wasn't eve able to think straight. Anyways back to math. Yay!!

I decide that maybe listening to music might help me focus so I take my phone and open the pandora app. I click on it and put on my favorite Station, the Ariana Grande station. Surprisingly it did end up helping a lot. I don't know what it is about music but lately it's been very helpful in my life. After about 20 minutes of doing my homework I felt a tap on my soldier. I look up and turn and that's when I see Josh standing next to the door.

I jump up from my seat and jump into his arms. I've missed my brother so much over the times he's been way. Despite the 4 year age difference between us we have always been really close so it was really hard to be away from him for two years.

After what seems like such a shot time but in reality was about 5 minutes I pull out of his arms. As soon as I'm out of his arms I start to drag him by his hand to to the backyard.

"Alex what are you doing?" He says.
" I want to show you my floor routine for my competition tomorrow." I say.

With that I turn on the music from my phone and start doing my routine.
