The Alphas Angel

Chapter 5

Alex POV

I can't believe he is the alpha I mea- my thoughts are soon caught off with Jason saying, "well yea, who did you think I was".

I answer saying, "I don't know, I just assumed you were one of Josh friends but whatever"

Jason looks at me as if he was about to say more but is soon cut off when Josh comes back into the kitchen. I slowly back away from there not wanting to continue this very very awkward conversation. I mean I'm surprised Jay- I mean Alpha (I have to start calling him that) didn't punish me.

Luckily neither of them seem to notice me leaving as they are both staring at each other with a very serious expressions on their face.

Jason's POV
I'm about to say something to my angel when all of a sudden Josh comes back into the room. I look at him with an annoyed face, I mean seriously he just had to interrupt my time with my mate.
Of course thats when my wolf decides to but into my thoughts.
"Our mate" he says.
"Ok ok our mate" I say rolling my eyes.
I mean technically we are the same person, just as I'm about to start ranting to Adrian Josh interrupts me.
He mind links me aware that our angel was still in the room.

"Jason, my dads here now. You need to tell my parents about you being Alex's mate." He says.

"I know, I know. What do you think they'll say."

"Mom is definitely going to be thrilled. Dad on the other hand, he isn't ready for his baby to grow up. Just convince him that you love Alex and maybe you'll live."

I knew that I would have to tell her parents eventually but I never thought that day would be today. The day that after all these years I met my world.

With a nervous look on my face I finally mind linked Josh and told him that I would talk to them in a few minutes.

As he's leaving I call out to him " Tell your parents to meet me in my dads office"

"Alright and good luck you're going to need it."

When he's finally gone I look around the room expecting to find angel there waiting for me but instead she's gone. Adrain begins to get very antsy, worried about his mate. I sniff the air and notice that her scent is faint meaning that she left a while ago.

I keep smelling the air trying to find her scent and then finally after an agonizing few minutes I pick up her scent. I quickly follow it getting more and more worried by the second and then reach a door. This must be her room I think to myself.

"No duh Sherlock. Now fucking open the door."

As I open the door I anxiously look around. Her walls are painted a light purple color. Her bed looks to be about queen sized. She has a purple comforter with small silver flowers on top of the bed where she slept. I slowly made my way to her. I quietly sit down the bed making sure not to wake her.

I smile as I look at her face. She is so beautiful I think to myself. She looks so peaceful while she is sleeping. I slowly a pick up my hand and stroker her hair.

Of course that's when the one of the best moments of my life is ruined when my dads beta mind links me saying " we are here waiting for you alpha."

I reply saying "I will be there in a minute".

I lean down and kiss our angels forehead and cheeks and with a sigh leave her room.
