Before the events on Tuesday happened, the nine girls had actually encountered zombies on the Monday before. They realized too late that the zombie apocalypse was starting, since they all brushed the warning signs off.
That Monday after school , Nayeon, Jungyeon, and Jihyo were in their dorms.
Nayeon was cleansing her face, and didn't notice the deadly zombie. Good thing it hated the smell of Nayeon's facial cleanser, otherwise it would've eaten the brains of the poor girl.

Jungyeon was watching her favorite movie, which just so happened to be about zombies. Since she was so into the movie, she thought the zombie in real life was just a figment of her imagination, and scared it away.

And Jihyo was so tired from waking up too early that day, she went to sleep as soon as she got back to her dorm. When she woke up later, she thought her roommate looked dead due to her extreme exhaustion. She decided to put the girl to sleep.
That Monday after school, the J-Trinity split up.
Momo practiced her dance moves and suddenly heard a sound. She stopped instantly to check it out. She screamed when she saw the zombie but quickly calmed down, for she thought it was a harmless prank done by her dance team members. She quickly recovered and continued to practice.
Sana went to the convenience store to pick up a few items. A zombie agitated her, but she was in a bad mood due to failing her test earlier that day. She simply nudged him out the way and went to pay for her items.

Mina, like Momo, went to practice her dance moves and didn't notice the zombie. The zombie was so scared of her spinning around so quickly, they left in order to avoid getting hurt before the mass zombie meeting later that day.
That Monday after school, The Maknaes went their separate ways as well.
Dahyun went to the karaoke bar to meet up with some friends. Because it was so dark and the music was thumping, Dahyun was thoroughly distracted and thought her friends were still among the living.
Chaeyoung went somewhere quiet to draw in peace. When she saw a zombie antagonizing her through the window, she thought it was someone who didn't get the memo about Halloween being on October 31st, and it was only October 25th.
Tzuyu went on her daily late afternoon jog, and didn't sense anything was wrong. She did run past a strange person who was way too close to her for her liking though.
