To say school was fun or that I was good at it would be a lie, but I knew what I needed to do in order to open a bakery and run it successfully.

June 4th, 2017, the day I graduated high school with a GPA of 3.00. I was accepted into Oregon Coast Culinary Institute's, OCCI, pastry arts program. On top of of being accepted to OCCI, I was accepted to Southwestern Oregon Community College, SWOCC, and Portland State University. I applied to Portland State only as my plan B, becoming an elementary school teacher; which I might still go to school for that because I can. I went to OCCI and when I finished, with those classes I started taking classes to get my business degree.
