Once lunch came, Naeun jumped out of her seat. "Food!" She said loudly. "Shh" I laughed. I got up and waited for Chaeyoung. "Let's go." I said to her. "I'm not going." She said emotionless and looked out the window. "Wae?" I asked walking closer to her desk. "Just because." Was all she said. I pouted but just shrugged it off. "Well, Kaja." Naeun and I walked out together. As we walked, she linked arms with me. "Yah.." I backed away. "Wae?" She pouted cutely. "People might get the wrong idea and spread rumors." I said as I started walking again. "Who cares!" She said linking her arm with me again. "Naeun...I really can't. I have a girlfriend remember?" I said stopping completely. I heard her sigh. "It's okay! Let's hurry! I'm hungry." She started walking faster than before. I rubbed my neck. "Hey wait up!"
"Hey, can I sit here?"Jimin sat next to Naeun. "Leave." I said with a mouth full of rice. "N, You've got a girl. You need to chill~" He ooed. I snarled. I stood up and pushed him of his seat. "Leave." I said one last time. "Aish. You are very persistent." He brushed himself as he stood up from the ground. "Well, I'll see you around." Jimin winked at Naeun. "Keep walking." I snapped. I heard naeun giggle. "What?" I asked shoving more rice into my mouth. "You're cute." She said finishing up her plate. I gulped. "Huh?" I looked at her. "Nothing." She smiled then went to clear her plate. "I'm cute?" I felt my cheek and it was really hot. "What is wrong with me?"
After school was over, Chaeyoung ditched us for Jinyoung so me and Naeun walked home together. "What do you want to do when we get home?" Naeun asked me kicking a rock as she walked. "Hm. I can make you some food if you want? Or we can watch a movie?" I looked at her. Her eyes lit up. "Movie? Let's do that!!" She jumped up and down. I nodded happily.
When we arrived home, I made us some popcorn and I chose lights out, a scary movie. "Scary movie okay?" I asked her, sitting next to her. "Totally!!" We cuddled in balls with a pillow in between us. The movie started and I kept jumping. I looked at Naeun and she was smiling. I scooted over a little bit after taking the pillow. She wouldn't stop smiling. "Is this not scary?" I said out of a hole through the pillow. "I lived in the woods my whole life." She laughed at a jump scare. I wasn't even watching and I jumped. I found it isn't scary if you concentrate on something or someone who make you happy and makes you feel safe. I watched her warm smile stare at the tv screen. I wasn't scared anymore. I peeked at the tv right when a jump scare happened. Nope. It doesn't work. I jumped up and grabbed the remote. Naeun jumped up after the remote. "I am not done watching it!" She tried jumping for it. I backed up and fell on the couch with her on top of me. A loud noise happened and I jumped. My eyes had fear in them. Naeun smiled and slowly got comfy on top of me. "Um. Naeun." I said trying not to look at the tv. "Shh." I could feel her gentle heart beat on my chest, Her hair still smells like cake, and her arms slowly wrapping around my body. Why am I not stopping her? I should right now. This is the end. Why am I not moving? The remote was under my head. It changed a channel to a Jazz station. Really? Jazz, The most romantic music ever. Now? I closed my eyes and slowly placed my hands on her back. "Ughhhhh! Dam*it Naeun!!" I whispered and flipped her to be on the bottom. Her brown eyes sparkled in the tv light. "Just...Da*n" I kissed her lips and I could feel her smiling through the kiss. She wrapped her arms around my neck and pulled me down. We soon fell asleep on the couch.
I woke up to a knock on the door. Naeun stayed sleeping. I opened it and Chae walked in. "I am.. I am breaking up with you." She smacked me really hard. "Huh? Wait, Why?" I asked as I remember what happened last night. "I came over to give you a gift but I guess you rather open her present instead." Chae ran to her house. "She was here? She saw us? Great. Wait, Why am I not sad, like at all? And Naeun got me a gift?"
I shut the door and made breakfast for us. I made toast and eggs with some milk. I walked over to Naeun who was still fast asleep on the couch. "Hey." I tapped her shoulder. "Naeun." I shook her. She wasn't waking up. I bent down and squeezed her face slightly. "Yah wake up." I said right in front of her face. I leaned in. "Wake uppp." I said loudly. I watched as he brown eyes popped open. Her face turned light pink seeing how close we were. "Uh what are you doing?" She asked batting her eyes. " I-I was trying to w-wake you up." I stood up. "I made breakfast. Come eat." I said starting to walk away until she grabbed my leg. "Carry me." I looked at her and laughed. "You aren't hurt. You are 100% able to get up and walk over there." I said to her smacking my lips. "No I'm not." She pouted. "Gosh you're so cute." I froze "Did I just say th-" "Yes. Yes you did." She popped off the couch. She stared at me in the eye. I gulped. She poked me in the stomach then skipped over to the table.
We started eating and we had a little chat. "So Chaeyoung came over about 45 minutes before I woke you up." I started. She looked up with food all over her mouth. "What did she want?" She asked with a full mouth. "Well.." I paused. "She broke up with me." I looked down at my plate. "Wae? There's no way.." She trailed off. "I think she did see us last night." I said sighing. "Wow~ That's so weird how she just so happened to see us then and there." Naeun said in disbelief. "I know right."
