"Hey dudette, do you know where Adrien is? I can't find him anywhere" Nino asked, walking up to Alya. The pair were standing on the stairs of their school, looking around them in every which way. No matter which way they looked, they simply could not see their friends.
"No, you don't know where Marinette is do you? I can't find her either" Alya replied. She looked at her phone to check the time. She wasn't too worried for Marinette, after all, this is Marinette. Always turning up late or almost late to class. But if Marinette wasn't up and rushing out the door soon, she will be late for school no matter what.
Nino however, was more worried then Alya was. It wasn't normal for Adrien to be this late- and if it did happen, he'ld have a good reason. But then, he would have told Nino, right? So then what's keeping him?
Just as it was looking like the two adorable people were going to be late, Alya and Nino spot them. Well, more like Alya spot them. Nino was looking the the complete opposite direction.
Marineet was running with all her might. And the the looks of it, Alya noted, so was Adrien.
Alya felt her jaw drop when she realized Marinette was holding Adrien's hand and running towards the school. Alya also noted that Adrien was smiling and laughing quietly.
"Marinette has some explaining to do" she mumbled to herself, Nino being just as confused as her. Since when were those two so casual with eachother?
"Are you as confused as I am?" Nino asked Alya as their friends ran closer to where they stood.
"Yes, but believe me, Marinette is going to be answering my questions."
