The One I Hate

Late

"Nina wake up your late for school!" my mom shouted from downstairs

I turned to look at my Alarm clock. "Shit" I cursed I was 20 minutes late for my first period.

I jumped out of my bed. And ran into the closet and grabbed the nearest jeans and and short that

was available at arms reach then I almost tripped running to the bathroom to brush my teeth and

change in the process which let me tell you it's hard brushing your teeth and putting your jeans on

with one hand. I grabbed my bag and again ran down the stairs my mom was already waiting

outside in the car.

I arrived 10minuets later thanking my mom and running into my class everyone was talking and

no one noticed me walking in. I quickly walked to my teacher " mr?be I'm sorry I woke up late I

hope I didn't miss anything important ." I said " Nina that's not an excuse your a senior now you

have to be more responsible. And no we're just getting to know everyone.... Oh and you sit back

there now." He said as he pointed towards the back my throat suddenly felt dry and my legs felt as

if they could collapse at any moment " w-what w-w-why.? I managed to whisper "because we got a

new student and we wouldn't want Luke to be the first person she meets now would we?"I looked

at him in disbelieve I couldn't even answer this was all my fault if I hadn't woken up late my seat

wouldn't have been empty and anyone else in the room could have been chosen "c'mon go! You've

already wasted enough time." I nodded and turned to walk to the back next to Luke LUKE

FREKING LUKE HEMMINGS!!!! I sat down beside him gathering up courage to try to not make

things awkward "hi" I was surprised at how confident it sounded as if him sitting next to me didn't

affect me at all. He looked at me confused but it quickly turned into a frown and he turned around

and plugged in his earphones. We'll rude I thought the rest of the class went like this him ignoring

me like if I wasn't their. which was fine.

The bell rang indicating that lunch was over I quickly went to my locker to grab my book and

moments later I could felt my back get increasingly warm and a raspy breath tickled the back of my

ear "hey" said the incredibly hot raspy voice. I turned to find Michael.. the guys been crushing on

me for the last month and to be honest he was hot not like Luke but he made me feel special "hey"

I smiled " umm so I was wondering .... Umm ehh umm d-do you want to go to the movies maybe

today after school- um I m-mean if your not like you know like busy beca-" "yeah sure." I said

cutting him off it was so cute he was nervous. He looked relived "sweet, I'll pick up around 6

yeah?" "Yeah ok." I said before I knew it he leaned down and gave me a peck on the lips I instantly

felt the heat on my cheeks he looked at me smiled and walked away the late bell distracted me from

my little freak out that I had just had. " shit" I cursed I was late yet again for the second time today

I locked my locker and walked down the hallway to find what looked like angry Luke to me. I

passed him as fast as I could but not fast enough he grabbed me by my arm sending shivers down

my back "don't talk to him again!" He hissed " w-w-wait w-what." I was utterly confused "I know

you felt it." He said his eyes softening a tiny bit .wait was he talking about what had happened

yesterday "yes" he said answering my confused face. " I -I well I." I stammered before he smashed

his lips into mine this was not a peck it was something more meaningful "your not going with him"

he said as he stopped and turned to look at me. I couldn't even awnser he turned to leave but

before he did he said " I'll pick u up around 6 yeah?" He said laughing clearly imitating Michael "

but no I'm serious I'll pick up up at 6 I know we're you live." And with that he turned to leave.

WHAT.JUST.HAPPENED! Getting kissed by to different guys at the same day well that was a

record " shouldn't you be in class.?" I turned to face mrs.white the principle ugh I thought.....

I was Walking to my class thinking well that was close almost getting caught and I'm still 15

minutes late for class ...

I had totally forgotten How was I gonna tell Michael.
