"Fetch my Page" Mark demanded his maid, urging her to get the page. Dr. Fischbach was sitting down in the Dining room, at the table as he read the morning paper. What first struck hs attention was the story on Miss Octavia, her 'experience' had been published as of hopes to grab the public's attention, in order to find the villain.

"Y-yes sir" Marks page stuttered, as the boy entered the room. "Ah, could you please personally send this letter to Miss Octavia Emmersen," Mark told the boy, handing out a medium sized letter made from a kind of parchment paper. "Yes sir" The page answered with a smile before jogging out of the house to deliver the letter.

Reaching the estate of the Emmersen's, The boy knocking on the big brown door, creating three loud bangs. Soon after the left door opened with a creak, revealing a tall slender and pale man, "May I help you?" He asked in a droopy voice. "I have a personal letter from Dr. Fischbach to Miss Octavia" The boy spoke, revealing the letter. The doorman nodded before walking off. A few moments had passed, instead of the doorman walking back it was the young Octavia, brightening up the halls with her smile. she wore a light yellow dress, "How may I help you, Oliver?" She smiled, showing her perfect teeth, "U- I have a letter from Dr. Fischbach to you" he smiled, handing her the letter, "Thank you" she smiled once again, "It was my pleasure." She looked at the letter, signed to her, realizing the boy was still standing in front of her, waiting for her to relieve him of his duties, "You may go now Oliver" She smiled, "Thank you, Miss, have a good one" The boy smiled before walking off, "Oh Oliver?" Octavia called out once more, making the boy stop in his tracks and turn around, "Y-yes Miss?", Octavia walked up to him in her dress bobbing along, she handed the boy a few coins in his small hands, "Go and get yourself something sweet" She smiled brightly, "Y-es Miss, thank you" he smiled back before walking in the direction of the sweet shop.

Shutting the door behind her with a loud thud, Octavia continued walking, up the large stairs a down the long faint blue hallways, decorated with an array of past family portraits.

Finally entering her room, Octavia shut the door lightly and walking over to a small round table next to the window where the sun shone brightly into the room. The table was decorated with the simple contents of tea pots and glasses. Taking her seat, Octavia grabbed the small letter opener beside her hand. She pulled out the thick piece of parchment paper, layers with the neat cursive writing of Dr. Fischbach, pulling it from its envelope, unfolding it and reading the context;

My dear Octavia,

It has come to my attention, for the situation of your incident in the park was no accident,  that we are in no need for the Police or any kind of Investigator at hand.  believe, if you will hear my thoughts, that we need the trustworthy help of an old friend of mine, Dr. Victor McAvoy.

I believe he can help us find what really is going on, finding a deeper meaning t all of these happenings. And with his luck, find this monster that prowls our streets.

I have scheduled a meeting between myself and Dr. McAvoy, I would enjoy the company of yourself to accompany myself and Dr. McAvoy. Hoping in my heart you will accept my offer of giving Victor the chance to help.

Your sincere friend,

Dr. Mark Edward Fischbach.

Octavia set down the paper, thinking over what she had read, accepting his invitation to meet him. Pulling out a small piece of paper and a pen, she began writing;

Dear Dr. Fischbach,

I have come to acceptance of your offer to accompany you in the invitation of meeting Dr. Mcavoy, It would be an utmost pleasure to meet another one of your friends of the sciences.

I shall hear what he has to propose about having to find that villain in our great city.

Sincerely your friend,

Miss Octavia Emmersen.

It had come to the day of the invitation of meeting Dr. McAvoy. Indeed Octavia was nervous when it came to meeting new people, but she had to brush the doubtful thoughts away, composing herself and remaining calm. "Are you ok?" Mark asked as they sat at a rounded table, in the far corner of a restaurant. The girl nodded, making the Dr. smile before checking his pocket watch, "He should be here soon" He reassured Octavia as she sipped her champagne. "I'm not that experienced in meeting new people"  Octavia stated. "How so?" Dr. Fischbach had to ask. "I had never had the pleasant experience of meeting new people, I used too much prefer my own company, but as I have grown older I have grown along with the fact that I need to meet new people, or where else will I avoid madness" She giggled, making Mark chuckle along.

Unexpectedly a man had walked up to the table, having a dark brown Goatee, his hair was short but wavy, having ice blue eyes. His attire was very smart, a black suit and tie with a matching black case along with black leather gloves. Mark stood up instantly, as did Octavia.

"Ah Victor, how nice of you to join us, This is Miss. Octavia Emmersen" Mark introduced, Victor, taking the left hand of Octavia, bent slightly, pecking her hand with his surprisingly soft life, "Such a pleasure to meet you my dear" the man smiled, "Nice to meet you too Sir, a fine honor" she smiled back sweetly.

As they all seated, the waiter walked up to the table as the two men discussed things, the waiter pouring a glass for Victor, "So, Octavia, Victor here has a Master's Doctorate in Anatomy and various other sciences" Mark showed off his friend, "Is that right?" Octavia asked as the waiter finished off filling the glasses half way, leaving the bottle in a bucket of ice and walking away. Victor nodded, "Yes, many others in Physics, chemistry, psychology and much more" he smirked. "that is mighty impressive for a man of your age" Octavia commented, making the man smile.

"Now, I think we all know the reason to why we are all seated her, I hope" Mark clapped his hands, rubbing them together. Both Octavia and Victor nodded. "Good" Mark smiled before he began speaking about the situation, filling Dr. McAvoy in with every detail. Adding in their thoughts and opinions on the subject.

"Well, it was finally nice meeting you Miss. Dr. McAvoy smiled, shaking the hand of hers. "Likewise" Octavia smiled back. Mark walked up to the both of them, shaking the hand of Victor, "It was good once again to see you, where are you to be saying?" The Dr asked the other, "At the central hotel in Los Angeles, not too far from here." Victor replied, "Very good, I shall send you a carriage to pick you up" Dr. McAvoy smiled. "I shall see you two tomorrow, " Victor said as he stepped into the carriage that would take him to his Hotel. Mark wave as the horses trotted down the street filled with people that quickly scattered, even though it was dark.

"I think he rather enjoyed your company" Mark complimented, "You think?" Octavia asked, wanting to make sure he wasn't lying. "Affirmative m'lady" Dr. Fischbah smiled. "And you did rather well with coping in meeting a stranger" Octavia looked at him, "Yes I guess I was" she smiled at her bravery since she was known for her shyness.

"Well Dr. Fischbach I would like to thank you for a lovely evening" Octavia smiled, facing Mark, "As do I" Mark opened the door to her carriage, she took a seat inside before Mark shutting the door, "I shall see you soon I hope" Mark concluded, Octavia simply nodded, They both exchanged a goodnight before the horses rode off, pulling the carriage off into the distance.
