Romeo and Juliet Love Compared To Real Life Love

People watch movies all the time, little girls watch movies giving them high hopes of finding their Romeo. Though who wants a love like Romeo and Juliet? Yes, it was a love of a life time, but was it a happily ever after? I wonder if it was just lust in the eyes of Romeo and Juliet, that they were lead to believe it was true love. Shakespeare is a contradicting writer leaving you stunned, shocked and wanting more.

My real question is was there another way to see into the eyes of Shakespeare, to know what he was thinking. I mean was there a reason why he made Romeo and Juliet die? Did he want to show how two people can bring to rivals together or if he was just expressing what love can do to you. Love can make you do crazy things.

I think lust over came Romeo and Juliet at first, but it grew into love. But who wants just lust? Why settle when you can find love and lust for one person. When I first saw Romeo and Juliet, my thoughts were, why can't I have that? But as I thought about it, I wonder. Would I be able to stab myself or poison myself for love? Did I want to risk myself over something that was just lust, but it turned into true love right? I thought more, my answer was yes, and yes I would risk everything for love.

Without the risk, without love, what is there? Nothing, there is nothing. Romeo and Juliet made me open my eyes to see what was really in front of me and I realized that life is too short to do anything but risk yourself for love.

*I will write another one soon if I have two comments and three votes or I just might if something inspires me!*
