Michael Conner:
Mary Anne's hair has gotten as thin as a bee stinger and I'm getting worried about her.... I asked her if I could get her a doctors appointment and she said yes.

Mary Anne:
I am at the doctors and they just diagnosed me with breast cancer, I broke down like paper in the wind. What would happen to me? Would I get surgery? Would i get medicine? What would happen?

Michael Conner:
Mary Anne got home, she had a river of a sweat trail behind her I asked what's up and she mumbled "I have breast cancer" under her breath. My tear ducts start trembling, she skips that step and just go straight to balling. I pull her in a tight grasp, I squeeze her and she melts into my arms, my sleeve being her tissue, this is love.

Mary Anne:
I am getting a surgery today, it's a 75% chance of survival surgery, I have been a risk taker since I was at a really young age, and I want to take this chance for me. I want to be adventurous and I just have to get away from this stupid breast cancer. I can't, I just can't anymore.

Michael Conner:
The doctor walked out of the surgery room, he gave me a look of sorrow, I instantly knew what he was going to say, "I am so sorry mr.Conner Mary Anne didn't make it..." he says depressingly, "no this can't be happening, no no no!!!!!!!" I scream in tears.

Authors note:
