Chapter 1: middle school

Michael Conner:
I heard the third bell ring. I ran to math, hoping to see Mary Anne! She had a frown on her face, she never has a frown on her face, she was the most popular girl in the school! Other girls were around her around calling her "mrs. Conner" that's weird, my last name is Conner... oh no, come on, why bully her. She is a complete goddess!

Mary Anne:
Goodness me, math class has been bad today! First of all we had a substitute teacher that sucked, and my so called friends were name calling me "mrs. Conner" oh no, Michael is this really cute guy that's in my class, he doesn't like me but I like him...

Michael Conner:
Ok, I am probably the most unpopular guy in the school, and Mary Anne was my dream girlfriend, don't judge me! I am in 8th grade and I am at the dating age, so BOOM! At math I was going to ask her out but after that class she had, I think I will ask her out at lunch which was in 2 hours and 50 minutes! After that Idk what's going to happen...

Mary Anne:
At lunch I sat by myself at the tables by the trash cans. Michael walked towards me with a nervous look, i gave him a look of sweetness and beauty. He handed me a baby blue envelop that had my name written in cursive. I opened the letter and saw one sentence " will you go out with me tomorrow night?" Under the question there was a checklist with two boxes on the top, saying yes or no. The checklist had questions like movies? Dinner? Stuff like that! I checked off the yes box, and went through the questions checking of the ideas he had. Right when the bell rang I passed Michael the envelope with all of the questions answered! Once he opened it, he gave me a look of pride.

Michael Conner:
Once I gave Mary Anne the envelope she wrote down some stuff then passed it over to me! I opened it up and my eyes started to glow! OMG OMG OMG! She checked of yes, I mean she wants to go on a date with me!!!! I am going to get it set tonight!

Mary Anne:
Tonight is the date! I typed a quick message to Michael giving him my address, he texted back with 👌🏼 emoji! I wore a shimmery pastel pink dress with some nude lipstick on my lips! Michaels face when he saw me made me blush, he makes me feel so special, so beautiful. He definitely surprised me...

Michael Conner:
I got a text from Mary Anne that was her address. I texted her back with a 👌🏼 emoji! Once my dad drove us to her house I saw a gorgeous girl with a sparkly dress on walk outside of a fresh clean White House. That night Mary Anne and I went to the movies to see mrs. Peregrines house of peculiar children! It was awesome.

the next few day were a blur until all the eighth graders played spin the bottle! It was Mary Anne's turn and she spun that bottle quick and speedy. The bottle landed in between a popular guy and I! Jackson (the popular guy) leaned towards Mary Anne and I said (as fast as furiously as possible) " um, wait! It landed in between us!" Jackson glared at me and shoved me across the grass, then Mary Anne ran towards me gave me a big smooch and ran away towards the girls bathroom.
