You fill my waking moments with fantasies
And my sleeping ones with dreams
And just for me, you part the seas.
You lift me up and help me breathe.
You somehow pull me up...
As I'm buried under dirt
And you refill my empty broken cup
Promise me you won't forget my name.
My despair flies all around
Alas, I feel I'm free
And all I can hear is melodious sound
But only with you.
Without you I'm feel nothing
And that scares me with doubt
As if my heart is slowly crushing
Please, don't hurt me.
My heart slowly embroids with metal
Sewing up the tears and seams
I am as fragile as a falling petal
But I'll fight to the end like a warrior.
And as I turn into my monotone self
How can I be free
I'm just a lonely doll on a shelf
Without you, I sink back into the dirt.
So thank you.
Thank you for the adventures.
And thank you for your love.
If only words were enough to show you my gratitude.
I'll smile through pain just for you.
