"Elena Gilbert?" Elijah asked, hiding something in his voice, that part was clear. "She, uh.. She and I got into a fight under the previous full moon and when I shifted, she was locked in the same room.." Ava whispered, her gaze down at her feet. Ava glanced at the Original only to find his looking down at his feet. "Elijah?" She asked, giving him an odd look, as if asking what was on his mind. And he answered honestly.
"Elena Gilbert.. I used to love her but, she wasn't the girl for me.."
"Oh my god.. Elijah.. I feel so bad, I mean, worse than I already did," Ava whimpered, holding back the tears as she thought about what she did but the dam broke when she pulled into a pair of cold yet strong arms. "It's alright, Ava.." He whispered, softly stroking her hair as an attempt to comfort her from her past.
Without warning, Ava pressed her lips against Elijah's. Surprised by her own actions, Ava pulled back and looked at Elijah, worried. "Uh, you should probably-"
Before Ava could finish her statement, Elijah cupped her cheek and leaned on. Within seconds, his lips were softly planted on Ava's. After a few more sweet kisses exchanged between the wolf and the vampire, Elijah pulled away and opened his eyes to look at Ava. "I should go.." He said and without hesitating, Elijah got up and walked out of her room, leaving Ava to sit there in surprise and slight disappointment. What was she disappointed about, she did not know.
A humored clap sounded from Ava's balcony, causing her to snap her attention towards the clapping. "Marcel." Was all the she-wolf said. "Wouldn't Klaus like to know what his brother is doing with his only source of blood for hybrids.." The vampire said from outside her room. His deep brown eyes bore into her own eyes with such intensity that Ava had to look away. "Please don't, Marcel.."
"A 'please don't Marcel' wont stop me from telling him.. He'd surely dagger Elijah because your mistake of falling for the brother.." The dark skinned vampire said, leaning on the invisible barrier of the house. Since it was in her name, Ava had to invite him in or else he'd be stuck outside. "Marcel, come in." The she-wolf demanded while sitting on her bed. As soon as Marcel stepped foot into her room, Ava pressed her back against the nearest wall. "Now what do you want?" She asked him, slight hatred clear in her eyes.
Marcel's mischievous smile began turning into a devilish smirk. "You, little wolf, need to come with me in order to save your little secret between Elijah and yourself.."
"What for? What could you possibly need from me, Marcel?" The she-wolf asked, the hatred now showing in her tone of voice. Within a second, the vampire stood only a few inches away from her. "I need you to come with me." Was all he said before Marcel stabbed the she-wolf with a seryng filled with wolfsbane. Not enough to kill her, only enough to make her weak.. maybe even enough for her to pass out due to it's toxic burn on the wolf. As soon as Ava's legs gave out from beneath her, Marcel took the weight of the limp she wolf into his arms and walked back out to the balcony. Once out on the edge, he dropped down and landed swiftly on his two feet before he sped away using his vampire speed. Ava could barely see, everything was a blur to her as she lay in Marcel's arms. She was helpless and that made her feel weak.
The closing sound of a door made Ava jump back to reality. Marcel had entered an old garage, the inside dirtied and dusty while it was dark inside. she felt another presence with them, another vampire only this one was a girl. "Ready for this, Marcel? As soon as we are done with this, Klaus won't stop until we're dead.." The girl said, fear clinging to her words. Ava's body was still limp and weak, giving Marcel the chance to chain the she-wolf up against the wall. Ava sat on the floor while watching the two vampires. "W-what do you want with me?" She asked, her eyes growing heavy as she spoke. "You'll know when we need it to happen." The vampire girl said, walking over to Ava and watching as the she-wolf slipped into the world of unconsciousness.
"Where is she!?" Niklaus asked in a very loud shout as he tossed his book at the wall. "Klaus, you need to calm down.." Hayley said from the doorway, her arms crossed over her chest. "You have no right to tell me to calm down, she-wolf!" The Original hybrid growled out, walking towards the new hybrid and getting close to her face. His eyes were the color of black and amber as the veins beneath his eyes slightly began bulging out. "The wolves found a scent in the house that wasn't yours or Elijah's.." Hayley said, walking around Klaus and further into his room.
"Who's scent? Who's scent did you find so I can track them down and rip their heart out?" Klaus asked, his British accent really showing in his words.
"Klaus, the scent was Marcel's.."
