Chapter 6

*doorbell*

He's here, this is it. I hope everything goes right.

Aubrey

"Hey Jack is Victoria ready?"

they hug

"Yeah she's just getting her purse, I have to go take care of her Aubs"

"Sure thing Jack" and with that said she left.

"H-hey Aubrey"

I turn around to see Victoria at the bottom of the staircase wow she looks beautiful her dress made her curves pop out more her hair was up in a bun she was absolutely gorgeous I admired her for what felt hours until Victoria broke the silence. She had noticed me staring at her she was red.

"Umm Aubrey--"

" Victoria I must say you look stunning!"

Victoria blushes "Thank you Aubrey you look good yourself" she laughed

"You know I try" he laughed with a loud laugh "Let's go!"

At the restaurant

As they finished eating Aubrey started the conversation.

"So Victoria what exactly do you do for living?"

Victoria paused as she swallowed her food and took a sip of her drink.

"I'm a makeup artist I do makeup, people book me for weddings, graduation, etcetera. I love my job my dream is to do makeup for celebrities."

"Thats amazing I hope those dreams come true for you cause you seem like you're good at what you do" he replied with a contagious smile.

she smiled back

"Thank you but what about you I mean I know you're a rapper but didn't you do something before becoming this well known famous rapper?"

"Yeah I was in Degrassi it was a Canadian show that's when I started pursuing my dream I knew that I wanted to be a rapper and started making a few songs that made me a little known, years passed and then I was signed to Young money and well here I am, with you having a good time."

for the first time ever Aubrey was finally talking to a woman who he could actually have an interesting conversation, he only knew the type of girl who just wanted sex. but with Victoria he was happy

"You know my first impression about you was that you were some rapper that only wants to have sex with every girl he meets, but tonight I saw the real Drake and you're so interesting."

"I thought the same about you, you're the first girl who I can talk to and enjoy a nice dinner without me being drunk and clueless."

"I had a good time Aubrey Thanks for an amazing dinner" she smiled.

"No problem, I hope we can do this again..soon" he chuckled

they hugged and Aubrey left.

Victoria took a quick shower and put on her night clothes and sat in bed thinking about Aubrey and the way he was different from other rappers she loved that. She couldn't wait until they saw each other again. She missed his loud laugh, his perfect smile, the way he spoke so well educated. she sighed and went to sleep.
