"Alright bubba, mama will see you soon ok?"

"No yeave, no yeave!" Caiden said beginning to throw a fit.

"Baby boy, I promise I will be back for you in two weeks." I said holding up two fingers.

"Pwomie?"

I laughed. "Promise, but you have to make sure you be a good boy for daddy alright?"

He just looked up and smiled.

I was dropping Caiden off to Trey's mom house since he was at the airport dropping off that thing of his, ugh I really don't like her, but I guess I'll be nice🙄 I'm working on my attitude.

"Your not gonna stay for a bit?" Trey's mom asked.

"Unfortunately I can't, I still have some things to do around the house and at work."

I honestly couldn't take the risk of running into Trey right now...I also had to get ready for tonight's festivities but she didn't need to know all of that.

"Alright baby, be safe and I'll see you soon."

"Yes ma'am, I love you guys." I said getting in my car and driving off.

I was just leaving the gym when my phone began to ring.

"Hello?"

"Wassup mamas."

"Hey sweetness, I'm just leaving the gym...what's going on with you?"

"Oh man so you gettin' ready for me?"

I laughed. "Man if you don't stop playing."

"Who said I was playin', don't fight the feelin' I know you preparin' for the beast."

I tensed up a bit, only lord knows it was long overdue but I can't. Nope. Not doing it....not right now.

"You hang up on me?" Dave asked knocking me out of my dirty thoughts.

"What? No I'm still here, I was putting my ticket in the machine."

"Yea my dicket bout to be all up in yo p---"

"DAVE!" I yelled cutting him off.

"What? I'm just saying you gone learn one day." He said laughing.

"How about no, it's not happening." I said rolling my eyes as if he could see me.

"How 'bout imma take that shit and make it mine." He said with aggressiveness in his voice.

I know he ain't talking to me like that.
