Harmony's POV
When I realized that Jackson kissed me, the thought of him calling me princess, baby, love, or baby girl confused me. I just decided to go along with it, when I had just got done packing my belongings and the little the 2 little ones woke up, and they were afraid to go back to sleep because mother and father came back home. When the 2 little ones fell asleep when I put them on the couch I felt someone hug me from behind. I turn around to see Jackson checking out my scares, when he puts his hands on my sides I hiss in pain because of the pressure on my broken ribs.
"Sorry princess, I called my doctor he will be here soon to see your ribs and other bruises, is that okay" Jackson said in a worried tone.
"That will be okay, are you able to ask him to check out the girls because, last month they got hurt by then and, I wouldn't be able to do give myself if they got hurt because of me," I said almost on the verge of crying.
"I will get them to make sure that the girls are okay please don't cry," Jackson said and tried to hug me without causing me pain.
As I finished packing up the girls clothes and other belongings there was a knock on my door, as I was going to open the door, Jackson picks me up bridal style put me on the couch with the girls. As try to move the girls woke up and started talking and fell asleep again. 5 minutes later Jackson came in with the doctor.
"Hi Harmony I am Doctor Faye, I will be checking you and your girls." She said
"Hello Doctor Faye, this is Nadine and Ash, can you please check the girls first," I replied in a worried tone.
I was worried, scared, and frustrated at the same time. While I watched Jackson grabbed my hand to take hold of me.
"Hey it's okay princess I will make sure that nothing bad happened to you, or your sister, I will be right by your side," Jackson said to calm me down
"The girls are perfectly healthy, you have done a wonderful job raising them." Doctor Faye said happily
Before I could say anything Ash and Nadine came to doctor.
Ash was frowning and said " Ms. Faye can you please check mommy's stomach it looks bad"
Nadine said, "we don't like to see mommy like this it bother us to see mommy hurt."
Doctor Faye had a shocked look on her face then looked at me she seen me breathing heaving and saw me trying to hold on the pain.
"Yes, I will check your mommy." Doctor Faye replied
Once Jackson and I saw needles, Jackson called 2 of his men to come take the girls to my room and play.
"James I need you and Max to keep the girls busy until I call you again," Jackson said and James nods his head.
Doctor Faye tells Jackson "Jackson I will need to be open-minded if Harmony puts you in pain because the pain that she will be feeling is 10 times worse than what you feel.
Jackson replies "okay."
Jackson comes close to me and whispers in my ear "Princess, I know that you will feel pain but I need you to take my hand and squeeze it when the pain comes." I nod my head yes.
Once I nod I put my head on top of his chest and I feel 2 figures press on top my broken ribs I shout in pain, then I feel a needle go into my skin, once that needle went through I was painting and trying not to dig my nails into Jackson's skin.
30 minutes later the operation on my ribs was done and I blacked out.
Jackson's POV
When I kissed Harmony, she had a smile on my face like I have never seen before. I was happy to call her mine and to be with her, I feel bad about putting her in pain but it had to be done so nothing bad happened to her. 30 minutes later she blacked out I told James and Max to bring the girls back. When James came back the girls went running to cuddle with Harmony and went back to sleep, James started to talk to me.
"Boss, when the girls want to talk to you but they asked me to translate it they are afraid to speak English around you," James said
"That is okay I don't expect them to trust me right away," I said
Ash and Nadine came up to James and started talking and James translated so I could answer to their response.
James spoke " They said ' We know that you care for mommy like we do, but why.'"
I replied, "I care for your mommy because she is different than the other women I have seen also because of the way she takes care of you."
James translated to the girls and before James spoke the girls tug his arm and nodded thee head no. Nadine and Ash came up to me and spoke in English.
" We are sorry for the way we acted earlier we just don't want to leave mommy after what we have seen happen to her," Ash said crying
"What happened to mommy is bad that why she is protected us," Nadine said crying
The girls explained to me and showed me a few videos and told me what Harmony does in the morning to protect them all day long that's why some days she is never at school, I was shocked, angry, and feeling other things that I couldn't explain, I started to talk to the girls.
"You don't have to worry now you both and mommy are going to live with me I will keep you safe and I will now be your father.
