I looked in the mirror one last time and smoothed out my hair. I opened my door and sighed at the sight of my new school.  I had not gone to school in a very long time.

"I hope this goes well!" I said to myself.

I walked through the empty halls to the Office.

"How can I help you?" a sweet older lady asked.

"I'm Ginny Draco!" I answered, "I am here to pick up my schedule!"

"Ah, yes!  I have it right here!"

She handed me my schedule, then she went back to work.

"Thank you, Sensei!" I said with a bow.

I walked around looking for my class.  I smiled when I found the classroom 3-A.  The school was still empty of students.  I made a mental map of the school as I walked around the school.  Students filled the school as the sun shined on the school making the gardens and fountain look stunning.  I made my way back to the classroom and smiled at the Teacher.

"Hello, Sensei!" I said with a bow, "I am Ginny Draco from America!"

"Hello, Draco-san!" she said with an answering bow.

She walked into the classroom silencing the class.

"Class, we have a new student!" she said, "Everyone meet Draco-san!"

I walked in and felt every eye on me.  I smiled as I stopped beside Sensei.

"Hello, everyone!" I said happily, "I'm Ginny Draco!  I am from America!  I am still learning about your wonderful culture, so please take good care of me!"

I bowed as I asked them to take care of me.

"Does anyone have any questions for Draco-san?" Sensei asked.

A small boy in the back raised his hand.

"Yes, Haniozuka-san?" Sensei asked looking at the boy.

"What part of America are you from?" Haniozuka asked.

"Oklahoma City, Oklahoma!" I answered.

"Have a seat next to Morinozuka-san!" Sensei said as she opened a book.

A tall boy raised his hand.  I walked over and sat down next to him.  I pulled out my book and notebook.  I pulled my favorite mechanical Pencil out of my pocket and looked at the board.

I wrote down everything the teacher wrote on the board

I wrote down everything the teacher wrote on the board.  I did not listen to anything she said.  I smiled as it became time for lunch.  I sighed as I stood up and followed a few students to the Cafeteria.
