This one is based off of Little Mix's I love you
Heaven had been achieved. Despite the odds, Pucci had reached his goal and when the final leg of his journey had arrived he had welcomed you with open arms into paradise. Like a moth to a flame you had followed him, ready to take the first step into a new life in a reformed reality shaped by his hands. But it was not to be. The remaining ally to the Joestar bloodline, Emporio, had survived and turned your beloved priest's own ability against him, making use of Weather Report's stand disc to end Pucci's world before it had even began. Having been left behind during the chase and subsequent fight you had survived and made it to the new timeline.
Shocked by the sudden turn of events you had been left numb, wandering listlessly, unable to comprehend that the man you had loved so deeply was forever beyond your reach now. On the rare occasion that you were able to sleep long enough to slip into the realm of dreams they were only of him. Memories of his passion and drive haunted you, for in supporting his aspirations you had made them your own and with him gone you had lost the very reason for your existence. Where others saw fanaticism you saw an endless drive to succeed that was to be admired. Dio meant nothing to you, it was only for the priest that you had turned a blind eye to the utter wrongness of his goals, blindly looking up to him as a savior and friend, all too similar to his own fascination with the british vampire. Now that he was gone, your life was empty and anything that brought him to mind was a painful reminder of how you had ascended to the pinnacle of human existence, only to fall once more after your guiding light had been extinguished.
Days went by in a blur, not even the idea of seeking revenge on the counterparts of your former enemies or Emporio could bring a spark to your eyes. Seeking something familiar, despite who it symbolized to you, you wandered from church to church, seeking a salvation you knew you would not find. Walking into the latest holy establishment you bumped into a hulking blonde man, acknowledging his smooth apology with a barely noticeable nod of your head. Continuing into the building you made a beeline straight for the confessional, a habit you had developed despite knowing the voice you longed to hear the most would not respond. Taking a seat you waited for the priest to signal that he was ready for you to speak. A single tap from the other side was enough of a prompt for you to begin.
"Father, forgive me for I have sinned. I have coveted that which was not mine to covet. I thought I could see at least a glimpse of the kingdom of God and in the process I lost my true heaven on earth." A moment of silence passed and then the man on the other side responded.
"Do you believe in Gravity?"
You choked on the sobs and wails that wanted to escape from your throat, convinced you had finally snapped as there was no way the voice you had just heard was real. Fighting to keep your composure you asked, through gritted teeth, what he meant by that.
"Fate. Circumstance and chance bringing together a series of events that would have seemed implausible yet have occurred anyways. God's will in action for all to behold. Do you believe in it?" Hearing his voice all too clearly, you began to cry, voice wavering as you said, "yes father, I believe in gravity", and in your head you tack on "I believed in you."
"Please, call me Puccini. I know this is unusual but gravity has brought you here this day, and it's my duty to bend under its weight." Now full on sobbing, you answered him honestly,"I'd like that very much Pucinni."
Sitting on the other side of the desk, you stared at the priest as he scribbled various things down into a notebook. "Father, what will Heaven be like when you reach it?" He paused his writing, looking up at you. "Please, just Pucci is fine. Heaven will be true happiness, for all of humanity." Reaching across the desk, he took your hand into his and gave you what was one of the most genuine smiles you had ever seen upon his face. "As my partner in this endeavor you shall see Heaven for yourself, in all it's glory. Gravity has brought us here, together, and there are no mistakes in God's will." You returned his smile with one of your own, practically angelic in the light shining from his office window. "I look forward to it, Pucci."
