CHAPTER 5

           My first step into this building, full of confidence and trustful of myself beside me Shu looking at me wonderfully.

Shu : here we are ... ready ?
Me : always ready for my dream
Shu : let's go ! !

           Ah ! I didn't tell you that Shu also will participate in singer audition.
We toke our number, there is a lot of people here almost 1000 ? Maybe...

Shu : woah all Korean people is here ??
Me : so big ! !

            We are at an arena, gymnasium arena. After 30 minutes, suddenly the idol singers come... so it's time to show what we are capable to give with our voice.

Shu : are you afraid ?
Me : nope ... not at all! Why ? You are ?
Shu : honestly.... yes
Me : gee... u give advices to people... and you can't even assure yourself

           The singers listen to each one and give him a pass or eliminate. There are some candidate was crying for their looseness, some candidate crying for wining the pass. Shu and me was trying to practice our voice.
           4 hours pass and our turn is not yet. I saw some people start eating, so I become hungry too.

Shu : are you hungry ?
Me : so much ... how did u know it ??
Shu : it's all written on your face
Me : huh ?
Shu : I'm hungry too ( while searching something in her bag )
Me : you are searching what ?
Shu : our sweetie lunch
Me : lunch ?
Shu : yup I know that the auditions will take that long, so I bought some hamburgers from McDonald's.
Me : oooh.. ( when I saw the hamburger, I become more hungry ) WOAH!! My favorite one!!

           Two hours passed, my turn is soon after the one who beside me. It's a boy. I think he is quite handsome, tall, know how to wear his clothes well. When I was starting at him, our eyes make an eye contact, I quickly turned my head to Shu saw my red checks, she noticed that, she smiled while looks at me. Suddenly, the boy next to me start singing, his voice was so wonderful full of emotions.

Me : ( talking to myself without anyone hear me ) Ya!! Wendy come to your sense !! And focus on what u will do just after this boy ! Yes I can do it ( I say it a little bit loudly )
Shu : yes you will !
Me : you heard me ?
Shu : not only me

            The ppl in around me starting at me. Then I reply with a big sorry smile. My turn now!! I bow to the singer and he replied me with an amazing smile.

The singer : are you ready ?
Me : I should be
The singer : you can start ( always with his angel smile )
Me : yes

              I cleared my mind and start singing, I already felt the boy next to me starting at me, but I didn't care about it at all. I finished my song and then the singer told me that I was .... SELECTED !! What ? I heard it clearly !! ... I was accepted !!! Beside me Shu felt already afraid ... but I assured her by just looking at her. Then she started her song which it was "go on - Celine dion " it was perfect ... then she was selected also !!! OMG I can't hold this happiness today ... it was a lucky day!! Shu and I was jumping and screaming silently and our "neighbours" smiled at us, also that boy.
               At 9pm, the selection ended, and one of the judges said that we should meet next week at 9:30am all who will be selected in dance or sing.

           The people left the arena little by little. Shu and me went to a restaurant near to the gymnasium stadium, dead hungry. It was already 11pm, we walked on the streets, the drunkard, the beggars and the gangs at this hour they are out.
