Yesterday was the best day of my high school year, yes better then getting accepted in the cheerleading team.
I haven't seen Nicole and she's been acting all wired, usually she would say hi or start a conversation. Nicole and I have been good friends since Elementary school, when we came to high school she got accepted in the popular group and we talked little. We agreed to be in the cheerleading team and were both accepted. Last year she was caught cheating and got kicked out.
"That bitch can't go out with Carter." "Why if they make a cute couple and guess who Is her mom?" "They don't make a cute couple n who?" "Lucia Ramirez." Nicole gasped, they walked out the Restroom and I stayed. LUNCH ROOM "Nicole only talked to me so she could get near Carter." I gagged at my own words. "Carter baby sit with us." I looked up and saw Carter walking in and he had a box of chocolates, roses, and a teddy bear, but it's not Valentines yet. "Aww Babe are those for me." Carter looked at Nicole and rolled his eyes at her. He came over to us and got on one knee in front of Brook who was looking at me the whole time, "You should've see your brother, he didn't know how to ask her out." Shawn whisper into my ear, handing me a little teddy bear. I smiled because Brook was now looking at Carter.
CARTER P.O.V
"Hello welcome, how may I help you?" "Okay yes I want to ask a girl out but I don't know how to." "Well just get her chocolates, roses and a bear." Shawn and I walked around and found the perfect things he got Gingi a small teddy bear.
We walked into the cafeteria and I spotted Rooky with the rest of the crew and they were just talking "Carter babe come sit with us." Gingi's head looked up and she had a hint of disgust in her eyes. "Aww Carter are those for me?" I rolled my eyes at Nicole and walked over to our table, you could hear Nicole's heels clanking back to their table. I stood in front of Rooky she didn't look at me, I tapped her shoulder and she turned aroud. I was on one knee, "Brooklyn do you want to go out with me?" At first she looked scared but then she nodded. The girls cheered and I gave her the roses bear and chocolates. We sat down while holding hands and just talked, I would give her kisses on her cheek or the corners of her lips, She would smile too.
As we walked to our next Class she held the bear like if she doesn't wants to loose it. The rest of her things we're inside her bag. "Carter you're the best." We were already in front of the class room and her dad, Mr. Miller, heard her say it. "Aww babe you're too." She hugged me and I leaned in to kiss her but then someone pushed me and she just yelled.
BROOK P.O.V
The Carter Parker, known as the best Athletic person in the school asked me out. I'm jumping of joy, of course I said yes, we'll I nodded.
As we walked to Mr. Miller's class he held my hand, but it feels like wow. "Carter you're the best." "Aww babe you're too." I hugged him and he was leaning in to kiss me when he was pushed to the floor, I looked up and Mr. Miller was now smiling, "Why would you do that?" I yelled, "Because he tried kissing you." "He's ny boyfriend, and you don't have no right to do that." Carter now stood behind me hugging me, "Mr. Miller do you have Brooklyn Ramirez?" The lady on the inercome said, "yes." He said, "May you send her to the office she has an early realese." I grabbed Carter's hand and we walked to the office, I stood outside waiting until who ever came to pick me up signed. "Brooklyn, baby I missed you." I turned to look at my mom. I felt a tear roll down my cheek, I walked to her and hugged her. "Mami te extrañe." "Yo tambien mi Niña Traviesa." (Ya see what I did there I put Mi Niña Traviesa. It's part of a song.) I hugged my mom until Carter cleared his throat, "You must be Carter, My little Rooky talks about you everyday we talk." I started to blush and so did he, he stretch his hand out, but to his surprise my mom hugged me.
My mom signed both of us out and she decided to take us home. The rest of the crew went to the mall and Carter and I went home with my mom. "Sorry if you felt wired when me and my daughter were talking Spanish." "No problem Ms. Ramirez, I actually know spanish too." "That's is nice but please call me Lucia, Ms. Ramirez makes me sound old." "okay Lucia." I smiled that already MY boyfriend and MY mom already get along.
"Kids I'll be in the kitchen if you need anything." "Okay Mami." I pulled Carter up the stairs and into my room. I went to my drawer and took out done shorts and a tank top. I changed quickly, "So?" He talked on the phone he saw me and smiled and motion me to seat between his legs, I did and he kept talking. It's a girl I the other live but he keeps rejecting her, that's my man.
Something so good is in the air."Food is ready." Before my mom could talk again I was already seating at the table. Carter came and his mouth started to water at just at the sight "Just wait to taste it." I whispered. He sat down but then my phone started to ring and the doorbell rang, me and Carter exchange looks and my mom has revived what ever they sent. I got a text From Gingi
Babes answer. Okay apparently you won't answer or what. But we found your dad at the mall and he approached us saying that he would do anything to get you and your mom.
I felt wierd until my mom cakes me, "It's for you." Carter looked at me, I took his hand and pulled him to the living room. I graves the card and opened it up,

I dropped the card and dropped my seldom the floor, my mom picked the card up and read it she also dropped it. I felt like crying just seeing the strongest person cry in front of me. Her phone rang and she quickly answer and it was job she had to go back to Wisconsin. I frowned and gave her a hug before she left.
