This is not your average love story. There are so many stories about the happy couple and how they came to be, but it is rare for me to find one where the story, is broken.
He was afraid of love, he was afraid of what might happen if he fell in love. He pushed everyone away, he didn't care for anyone, or anything. He hid behind the four walls he had put up in his mind. He was a broken boy that was afraid to become the monster his dad once was.
She was incapable of loving herself. She hid her feelings and secrets behind a big, fake smile. No one ever noticed how broken she actually was. She silently prayed to have someone save her from what was soon going to kill her.
She tried her best to help the boy with the broken halo, no matter how hard he tried to push her away. He loved her, though, and that's what made him scared. He couldn't possibly let her into his walls.
