Chapter 2

Rachel's POV

Me and Finn are on our way to school in his truck. I look at him and see the silly grin he always has on his face whenever he is super happy or sees pancakes.

I ask him "what are you smiling about?"

"Oh uhm nothing..." Finn says

"Okay that was a little strange", I thought to myself. We get to school and I go up to Kurt while Finn goes and finds Puck and Sam. I get to Kurt who is by his locker fixing his hair and getting his books.

"Hey Kurt, you know what's up with Finn? He's been acting strange all morning."

"I don't know he didn't say anything to me about anything all though this morning he was a little out of it, I mean I would be if I had sex the night before school too" Kurt smirked at me.

I started blushing. "Wait how did you know?"

"To be honest Rachel, your voice isn't just made for singing because you're really loud when it comes to those things" Kurt laughs. I feel my cheeks get even more redder.

Finns POV

I didn't want Rachel finding out about my plan for her so I decided to go to my two best friends Puck and Sam and talk to them about this.

"Hey guys."

"Hudson is that you? I almost didn't recognize you without Rachel" Puck joked. Sam laughed behind him.

"Ha ha very funny but seriously I need to talk to the both of you". I walk towards the glee room and I make sure that no one is in here and I close the door.

"Man this must be serious if he closing the door shut" Sam says.

"Okay dude tell us what's up" Puck says

I pull out my phone and show them the picture of a ring.

"That is some ring you got there but what does that have to be so private for it's just a picture" Sam says causally.

"I'm gonna propose to Rachel" I say. I look at the guys and their eyes are wide open and they're just staring at me.

"Uh guys..."

"Wh-what oh yeah sorry I'm just really--dude are you sure?" Puck says rubbing the back of his neck. Sam just looks out of it staring into space with a hard thinking face.

"Yea I am. I really love Rachel with all my heart and I want to be with her." They both knew I was serious about this. After a few moment of silence, Sam finally spoke up.

"I think you should do it and I support you one hundred percent" Sam walks over to me and pats me on the shoulder. I sigh in relief. Thank god I don't sound crazy.

"Thanks man". Puck gets up and says "Hudson, you know you're my best friend and I love my Jewish American princess and I think that you are the best person for her to be with because I know for myself she is in love with you so go out there and marry her."

I sigh in relief as I hug both my friends and say "thanks guys"

As I'm about to walk out I turn around and tell them "Please do not mention this to anyone and I mean anyone especially Rachel."

"Dude don't worry about it I won't say a word but it Puck overhear you have to worry about" Sam says as he looks over at Puck.

Puck glares at Sam then looks at Finn and says "my lips are sealed." I nod and walk out.
