Chapter 6

Finn POV

"Marry me Rachel. Marry me in front of all our friends and family" I say staring at her waiting for an answer. Instead I get a kiss from her.

"You mean everything to me and I want to spend the rest of my life with you" I start smiling. "Does that mean-"

"YES! YES I WILL MARRY YOU!" Rachel said crying right now. I want to cry right now too but I'm too happy to even think straight I slide the ring on her finger and pull her into my arms. I kiss her all over the place saying I love you a thousand times.

"I love you so much baby" I hear Rachel say.

"I love you to always and forever" after I put her down I wipe the tears away from her face and then I hear some loud clapping and cheering on. I look to see Puck,Sam,Quinn,Santana, and all of the glee club member in the audience cheering and laughing. I look at Rachel and then I looked at everyone else. They all came running on the stage hugging and congratulating us. Man I was one lucky guy.

Rachel's POV

Omg I can't believe I'm engaged to Finn Hudson, my boyfriend well now fiancé and I couldn't have it any other way. I love him so much and now I get to spend the rest of my life with him. I saw all of my friends and Mr. Shue in the auditorium just cheering on and I'm so glad they support us. Then Mr.Shue spoke up and said "haha okay guys give them some room. But I do have something to say, congratulations guys. I always knew you would last" I look at Mr.Shue and hugged him saying thank you. Finn goes up to him and hugs him as well.

"Okay guys I think we should get home and get ready for sectionals coming up soon" Mr. Shue says. We all nodded in agreement and went home. We went to tell his parents about the engagement. I have been living with Finn for a few months now considering my dads are never home and Finn didn't like me being home alone all the time so he asked his mom and she of course said yes. I just hope they are happy about the news we are about to tell him. I know were 17 and all but I mean I don't see myself with anyone other than Finn.

We get to the house and just when I was going to get out the car he stopped me.

"Wait" he said. He pulled me into a deep passionate kiss.

"Oh I'm loving this" I laughed.

"Yea well you're gonna get used to it because this is going to be an everyday thing" I smiled when he said that. I kissed him once more.

"Okay, I think we should get inside before your parents get suspicious." We go inside and I see Carol in the kitchen cooking while Burt is in the living room watching the game.

Finns POV

"Mom,can you come in the living room?" I wait for a response while looking at Rachel.

"Okay honey I'm coming. What's going on sweetie?" I couldn't stop smiling at Rachel so I stood up with her and I looked at my mom and Burt that were still confused as to what I was going to say. "Mom, Burt....me and Rachel are engaged!" I said smiling and I wait for a response. They both looked really shocked. Guess they didn't see that coming. I see my mom get up almost in tears and hugs me. I sigh in relief.

"Oh honey, I love you so much and I'm so happy that you are going to spend the rest of your life with Rachel. Rachel sweetie, I love you as my own daughter and I'm so happy that you're a part of this family now." I see her hug Rachel. Burt gets up and hugs me and Rachel too saying congrats and that I made a good choice in choosing Rachel instead of Quinn 2 years ago. I made a really good choice.

Carol POV

Wow my baby boy is getting married. I mean yes he's 17 but I know that Finn is in love with this girl. I mean he has been since the day he came home from school and told me his tutor was amazingly beautiful. I love Rachel so much too. She is like a daughter to me and I would do anything for her. She is a lovely girl. I am happy that I allowed her to move in with us. I haven't seen my boy this happy for a long time.

Rachel's POV

"Hey babe?" I said Finn

"What's up love?" Finn was watching tv when he answered.

"Well we be able to get married in a church? I mean we're 17 do you think a Rabi will let us legally get married?" Finn looked up from the tv and was wondering the same thing.

"Well I think we have to take like a test to see if we can get married in a church but even if we can't, what do you want to do?"

"To be honest it would be great to get married in a church, but I just want to be your wife so I don't care where or how we get married" I smiled at him and he leaned in and kissed me.

"I love you"

"Always and forever baby" I smiled.
