Gaston steadied himself upon the rock. Aiming at the deer. He pulled the trigger. The bullet whistled through the air. And then it reached it's target. The deer fell to the ground. Gaston pulled his gun back. "Amazing shot Gaston!", LeFou shouted. Gaston rolled his eyes. He spit on the ground before walking up to the deer. He grabbed it by the legs and drug it over to the trailer. (A/N: What did they call those back then lol) He laid it down. He mounted the horse and off he went. Into the village. Gaston was frustrated. Angry. He wanted to remember Jade. But he couldn't. They got to the top of the hill and looked down at the village.
Gaston shut his eyes and then he had a flashback. It was two children. They were laughing. And then they laid down on the grass. They started talking. The girl turned. Her eyes were what got him. Evergreen. Gaston's eyes shot open. They were Jade's. Everything started coming back to him. All the way down to the first day they met. She was sitting on the ground her elbows bleeding. He had reached down to help her up. "I'm Gaston". His horse galloped down the hill. "Jade!", he yelled. "I remember"!
